- Here's a quick video on adding linens to your Fallout 4 beds. The settlers will use these beds but it is best to assign them to the sleeping bags. If you let them choose their own beds you can end up with multiple settlers sleeping on top of each other. The settlers will not move the sleeping bags but they will knock the pillows around so it may be best to only put the pillows out for settlement tours.
I'm sure somebody has figured out this rug drop trick but I've searched and haven't found any vids on it. It is useful in many ways and not just for bed decoration.
After doing several fast travels or saves you can come back and remove the mats without the sleeping bags dropping thru the beds. Sometimes it can take a long time and it's easier to just cover them with suitcases.
Maybe this inspired Bethesda to make the vault tec bed, all clean and with something in it...nice
I doubt that. Bethesda doesn't even seem to watch the large Fallout channels. Or maybe they do but still choose to ignore all the complaints and advice just to troll us. Like the unscrappable ghouls or skeletons. Tons of people have mentioned those but still no fix..

Hey, I'm having alot of trouble with this glitch; I can't seem to grab the mat on the outside, only the one on the inside, closest to the sleeping bag. However, I can't manage to get the mat to operate like how you put it in the video. Do you think you could help? I use PC by the way. Thanks.
I haven't played in a while. It's possible one of bethesda's patches may have killed this trick. That has happened to other techniques in the past. I'll try it soon and see if it still works or not. For now you could probably use the "pillar glitch" like I used on the string lights on the lower wire

I just checked it out and it still works. It does seem a lot more finicky with the placement of the rugs then before and when I tried doing the same trick with a file cabinet instead of the sleeping bag I couldn't get it to work at all. I did make a video showing the other methods that I talked about. Maybe that will work easier for you

It would be great if you can post a link there to open up discussions. You may be aware this has similar properties to an old glitch which can potentially open up creative ideas and make some ideas easier to build.
