Hi Chef , appreciate sharing this recipe because we are vegan. Also we visited your restaurant MR HOPPER on 29th and 31 Dec while on our holiday in Melbourne. The hoppers were really good but wished we had a bit more Sambol because we are vegan. There was a good portion of Dahl curry but preferred if we had less dhal and more sambol. We also went to another Sri Lankan restaurant while we were on holiday in Tasmania before going to Melbourne. you did a video a while ago in Launceston - Tasmania. The food there was good and thanks for introducing. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge.
