I came from Instagram to watch a detailed video 😊. I’m happy I saw it. Did you use red bell pepper(tatase)?. If yes, how many?

If i already have plain grounded egusi, can I still toast it or does it have to be in seed form before i toast?
It’s preferably done in seed form. You can alternatively fry your grounded egusi in palmoil well before adding other ingredients. That works well too
