    This egusi pepper soup dey enter my eye 👁️ 👁️. Me and Egusi are like 5 and 6, especially with pounded yam or oatmeal 🤤🤤.

      In Ghana 🇬🇭 we use the melon seeds as wrewre soup and it’s so similar to this!! Wow wow, you’re very hardworking Sisi. I can imagine creating different contents on UA-cam and social media platforms + motherhood + creating a cook book ! Me I last posted 4 weeks ago here on UA-cam sha 😂

    My mom also likes to roast her egusi before grinding, it gives your soup this burnt groundnut soup like taste.

    Sisiyimmie just brought back to my mind the toasting egusi method. I used this method alot back in Nigeria. And it adds this unique flavor to the soup. Weldon Sisiyimmie. Is like you have some kind of urohobo blood in you because you Sabi us well well. More grace.

    I think my biggest issue with cooking these kinds of meals is the process and length of time it takes to prepare. Like the roasting of the melon seeds part…is that really necessary?
