此店用料非常實在,幾乎不計成本的給顧客最美好的食物,這是我從小看到大的店家,處理每件食物和販賣品質都很踏實,也許皆循著傳統的工法,與現在許多網美店無法比擬,沒有如此精緻的包裝和專業的行銷,但是是真的在地腳踏實地製作好食物的好商家!

基本上餅類的原料就只有粉、糖、油三種而已,口感由他們的比例決定,粉多硬,糖多脆,油多酥,所以當你看過做一塊餅乾所加的油跟糖量,你就不敢吃了!。
當然商家所選用的糖跟油品質就很重要了,所以市售一些很便宜的麵包、餅乾,你就知道為何他會便宜了

到目前為止的研究,最多只能證明糖油與某些疾病有關聯,而且是在長時間大量食用的情形下.
所以,依照自己的活動量,適量的食用,才是正確的觀念.

酥油本來就只有麵粉跟油而已,影片裡是用奶油,不過我們在學的時侯都是用豬油味道會更香,還有說油怎麽那麼多的人不懂就別裝懂好嗎🙄
蛋黃酥或芋頭酥是分油皮油酥,都要有油才有筋性還有層次才會酥脆,再來是陷料紅豆.綠豆還有芋頭餡有分油跟水的,用油的餡做出來的不容易在烤的時侯會膨脹爆開,用水的餡很容易就因為高溫水蒸發就爆開了,除非你很喜歡烤到開花的,真的是外行看熱鬧內行觀門道。
說吃了會怎麽樣的,你們是吸空氣長大的嗎,多吃點好吃的看你都瘦了......

For anyone wondering, I've had taro boba tea. It tasted like liquid birthday cake but a little less sweet. Freaking amazing. Just my opinion but it's good.
As a person who loves taro everything, that is a pretty accurate description that I never thought of. However majority of taro deserts/drinks are mildly sweet, boba tea has a ton of sugar in it, so the taste in deserts is usually very mild "birthday cake".
Taro is nutty, while ube is more vanilla/honey, while both being somewhat similar base taste.
They used a bit of butter ya?
做酥餅類本來就是油很高的食品啊!沒有酥油怎麼會酥,沒有糖 餡怎麼會甜,廣式月餅也是非常高糖糕油的,一般民眾還不是吃的很開心,說真的很多傳統點心也不會天天吃 ,都是應景吃一下而已

Thank You for sharing. These videos just go to show how much work goes into making these desserts. It’s amazing how plants become desserts. For example, it’s amazing how the cacao pod eventually becomes chocolate. This definitely makes me appreciate the food being made even, more. One of my favorite desserts I’ve ever had was taro balls with coconut milk at a Thai Restaurant where I tried Thai Food for the very first time. GOD Bless Y’all!✝️🕊❤️

Oh, I am happy to see that they take away all of the nasty dark or bad spots from the taro. A lot of videos I have watched, the people or person peeling it leaves it with the nasty spots and moves right on along using the taro like that.

不過色素就可以省起來了,現在的消費者食品安全知識都高,能理解芋頭成品不是芋頭色的,而且食用色素現在也不便宜,店家宣導一下客人會接受的。
有天然紫薯粉可以用 應該還是為了成本

A pesar de que pueden parecerse, el taro no es una planta nativa americana como la papa. El taro se origina en la India y el sudeste asiático y es un ingrediente tradicional de todas las cocinas asiáticas. Los mayores productores de taro son Nigeria, China y Camerún.
