If they still did Saxxy Awards, i am 100% certain this would be at least a candidate for best overall and it would probably win in some category because it’s so well made, the gags and the characters are on point and the animation is just perfect, the way you change it to fit the moment is just eye candy, like the cartoony style of Demo and Foxy’s confrontation or the way Heavy vs. the Freddies’ animation resembles Pootis engage. I also love how all the loose ends tie up in the end and how its story could actually have plausibly happened right before Expiration Date and nothing would have really changed.
The quality of the animation in this is honestly insane, and you've also managed to perfectly bring all the perks of cartoons into 3d animation! Overall, superb job!!!
3:13 I think it's worth noting that Soldier didn't stop mid-stream when getting jump-scared. He was so unimpressed he didn't even stop, accelerate, or slow down.
The transition from goofy humor to actual very good quality SFM animation with the feeling of realizing FNAF was made 9 years ago, a nostalgic trip kind of, except with TF2 added into it
Peak tf2 SFM right here. I love how Ceno's heavy has become a character of his own at this point. That and how the Soldier is so iconic in his personality he doesn't need anything new to be funny. He's just that fearless and ignorant, and no matter what you do, it feels like a Soldier thing every time. On point
You gotta also give credits to folks that's been making a lot of stuffs to help making the animations even smoother. Like Kosta with the advanced physic and rigging and Eltorro with the advanced face poser.
Glad to see the "TF2 vs X" tradition still lives on! Very well done, this has a nostalgic energy to it, as If I had been 13 once again and could witness the joy that goofy TF2 SFMs are once again! Well done, my friend! 🥺🤩

How one decides to make a TF2 x FNAF SFM animation in 2023 and makes it actually come out good is beyond me, I went in expecting cheap gags or maybe humor about old FNAF SFMs being bad, but no, it hits. It hits with the humor, the timing, the characterizations, and god DAMN does it hit with the fight scene choreography. Bravo.
@@Gandolfix eh, FNAF content has been known for having really bad quality, I think? Sure, there are quite a lot of gems here and there, but I feel like most of the content is made by people trying to take advantage of FNAF's popularity among children in order to get some money.
The idea of Civilian Posing Heavy being the most intimidating thing in SFM and GMod animations never gets old. Believe me. Really outstanding work, by the way!
I have to give props to the way you applied physics to soldier and scout's headgear. They very easily could have just been stationary and nobody would have batted an eye. Really wonderful work!
This is an instant SFM classic, on par with all the modern legends. 8:19 to 8: had me wheezing, and the transition into a Cen0-inspired action scene with excellent meme choices blew me away. You weren't just creative, your humor was innovative--with strong music choices to top it all. Literally too many things I loved to list. I wish I could like this video twice... Pootis.
This video is a masterpiece and might be my favorite SFM. I know everyone else has (rightfully) sung their praises, but I have a few things I appreciate that I think are underrated: -The 8-bit part of the DeDeDe theme is part of the original remix, and instead of cutting or editing the song, you straight up rolled with it and made it work perfectly in the context of this video! -The description is amazing. The fact it leads you to think the FNaF band is the one with "lunatic monstrosites" only to reveal it's actually the TF2 gang is brilliant. -The fact the glitchy physics are completely unaddressed by the gang is also funny. -The "based Demoman" part was brilliantly edited (and hilarious too.) It's such a seamless blend of SFM and (I assume) video editing. -The choice of credits music was, judging by the view count, also brilliantly underrated. That's the perfect word to describe this: brilliant. From the humor to the pacing to the details to how in character everyone is, I genuinely can't think of a single flaw with this video.
It's already been said a few times but man you really nailed down the personalities of the mercs. Especially how quiet and disciplined Heavy can be and how, despite having a negative IQ, soldier is actually one of the most capable fighters in the whole team. The way he handled himself is 100% how I'd see him do it if this was a canon event. Fantastic work!
Heavy does NOT have negative IQ, he has a PHD in russian literature and broke out of the Gulag. Soldier being unhinged in fighting is very true though.
This is without a doubt one of the finest pieces of animation to come from the broader SFM/GMod community, up there with the greats like Heavy is Dead. This is going to be on people's minds for years to come. Incredible work
The fighting scenes of soldier were actually the best. Especially 6:23 when he says:"I'm not trapped in a facility full of robots. You are all trapped here with me!" Soldier always made me laugh. Rest in peace Rick May.
this is certainlly one of the best SFM animation that had recognizable memes but also has it's unique sense of humor, unique animation style, and lots of effort in it. maintaining the character's personalities while also keeping the context of each scene in it's place.
HOLY HELL THE FREDDY FIGHT IS SICK. I LOVE THE ANIMATION SIMILAR TO THE FRAME RATE OF SPIDER VERSE. I DIDN'T THINK YOU COULD DO THAT WITH SFM. I LOVE IT. IT''S SO DAMN GOOD. THIS ANMATION IS EPIC, FUNNY AND THE JUMSCARES WERE SCARY TOO. AMAZING WORK
The way each segment kinda of mimicks a different animation/comedic style is so awesome that it doesn't even feel like a TF2 sfm animation. I mean that in the best way possible.
Yo whaaaat? I never watch FNAF content, so I really wasn't expecting *anything* from this video, but it totally blew me away. So many memes/gags and some really smooth animation on top of that, jeez. That was crazy.
For some reason, TF2 is extremely comforting to me. I think it’s just knowing that no matter how crazy or scary life gets, I can always think about these mercs and their never-ending battle for gravel. I just think about how I can leave the fandom for a while, and come back to the same stuff, every time.
This is gonna be one of those classic, universally beloved SFMs from this time, alongside the likes of Heavy is dead and Pootis Engage. So many little gags in here had me laughing out loud. Well done, truly
This whole video was so goofy to watch but I absolutely loved all of it. I could definitely see the Soldier being exactly how he was portrayed in this video in a situation like this and there clearly was a lot of heart and soul poured into this project. My personal favorite little tidbit was the fact that all of Heavy's lines were just him grunting.
my favorite part of this was easily how you portrayed heavy. I love how you made him the serious quiet one, i always saw him as that, and it feels like years of memes kinda deteriorated that aura from him.
Damn, easily one of the most entertaining and cinematically impressive SFM videos I’ve seen. Very well done. You clearly worked hard on this and it shows.

Oh my gosh, I'm surprised that NO one is mentioning how BEAUTIFULLY THE VOICES (and sounds) WERE MIXED! Not ONLY did you use some AI lines and were careful with where to put them so that they sounded authentic, but the mixing in general of already used lines was so good, that I couldn't tell if all of them were AI or not. Seeing how masterfully that was done, enjoying the animation which isn't like ULTRA crazy, but still plenty humorous and effective in it's humor, and the fact that each character had a good personality, and that the entirety of the enemy characters weren't JUST jokes makes this absolutely awesome let alone the huge amount of creativity that every single moment of this oozed! Like Freddy being thrown into a video game then beaten up in there, Dark Souls cloud boss room reference which I haven't seen in a while, it all feels like a wonderful use of traditional humor. Instant subscribe from me!
Thank you!! You're too kind I am so glad it shows the effort I put into it Also I didn't use any AI voicelines, it's all voice mixing or lines from streams from the VA :)

As an SFM veteran who has been apart of the community since inception, it makes me so happy that people are still making them, and younger people still find them as entertaining as i do. There just seems to be something timeless about our favourite band of mercenaries, getting up to a whole lot of shenanigans, crossovers and being the perfect tool for timeless memes.
You aren't wrong. TF2 isn't a game I've ever played, and most of the fans are older than me, but the TF2 characters and the countless hilarious (and some hardcore amazing shit, my god) SFMs hook me like crazy.
Can you imagine how funny it was to see, not just any animatronic, but the scariest of FNAF1, having a Will. E. Coyote/Tom day? And how purely refreshing it was to see that kind of innocent humor after decades of not seeing it anywhere, anymore? Thank you for the many, many, MANY laughs this video basically forced from me. We don't know how much we need it until we are laughing on our bellies and almost falling off our chairs. I absolutely needed that today. Thank you for making it better.
In a mechanics context I would agree foxy is pretty scary because his gimmick forces the player to think about him fairly frequently thus naturally being quite afraid of messing up against him, I would have to disagree on him being the scariest over all. Very rare opinion but i think the scariest animatronic in the game is chica and the internet has kinda ruined that for most people. She just takes the uncanny valley feeling to the next level with her clunky out of proportion body that makes it look like she would stumble in the hallways of the restaurant, the mouth that's open constantly as if she's moaning in pain, the cold souless eyes staring into you that were probably meant to convey excitement alongside the mouth. All of these combined just make her feel like a zombie of sorts, more than any other animatronic she feels like a walking corpse that is in constant pain and it's just awful to look at.
@@pikazilla6405 Oh, that's very true, Chica is VERY scary in her own rights. Even now, in Security Breach, as a shinning Glanrock, she still has that creepy "zombie-vibe" about her. But I guess my initial reaction to her changed a lot when I played FNAF2. Because, you see, both Chica and Bonnie look scarier... But also, so horribly damaged. Like it was with Mangle, the instant I saw them, I couldn't help feeling very sorry for them. On his voice lines, Bonnie made it look like the loss of his face didn't bother him at all, but what about his arm? He was a guitarrist without the means to play his instrumment. And Chica loved to cook (or whatever she did when she visited the kitchen), and to hold Mr. Cupcake... and now, she didn't have her hands. So, now, every time I look to the original Chica, I feel sorry for her. It kind of "cleared" up a lot of the first fear I felt about both her and Bonnie. Foxy, however, seems to get more dangerous the more destroyed he gets. When he's not running, he's jumping. When he's not jumping or running, he's taking himself apart to enter. And when he's not doing any of these things, he's sending a bird to get him in. And even when he's at his friendliest, you can also expect to be jumpscared. However, I also have to say, I don't think Foxy is the scariest of the entire series. Far from it, actually. For me, the worst is Springtrap. Even the nightmares didn't scare me that much, but holly f, that thing did it all the time! I would totally love an animation where he's having a Coyote/Tom day as well, you know, just to be able to laugh at his face...
Very small detail I noticed, in Freddy’s fight scene where he goes into the arcade machine, the music is more 8-bit! Great video man!! All the little details were awesome!! :D
This features everything I love about Team Fortress 2 with the humor, wacky shenanigan's, the character personality's you really nailed. I was intrigued the whole time as if I was watching those old tf2 videos valve used to make. Amazing work

This video is a masterpiece and might be my favorite SFM. I know everyone else has (rightfully) sung their praises, but I have a few things I appreciate that I think are underrated:
-The 8-bit part of the DeDeDe theme is part of the original remix, and instead of cutting or editing the song, you straight up rolled with it and made it work perfectly in the context of this video!
Naaah, you're far too kind!
But I am happy that all the details got appreciated! Thank you, your comment means a lot to keep the motivation going!

Ahaha, so happy to hear you enjoyed it so much! Thanks!
@@pikazilla6405 yeah foxys expression looks pretty calm to me and he has no proper jumpscare, but the hallway run is amazingly designed
