Love this! Can you do a short video on how you store your empty pots? I have so many empty pots and I forgot about them or I just feel like storage isn’t there for me! 😅 thanks for the relaxing video
'Tis the season for repotting! I love to see your process. And if you think you have a hard time making decisions, just be glad you aren't a Gemini. We are toast for decision-making! Love your tortum and you will too!
Oooooh, the mustard yellow planter appears to go well with the painting behind you! 💛 I, too, have gotten much faster with the repotting. It helps having the mixes ready to go.
Hi Nick! I love watching all of your videos, especially the repotting ones where you repot and chat. I like the way you paired the plants with the pots. Perfect! I love it when you say your plants need a new pair of pants. ;-) I need to remember this! I'm glad your doing better in your apartment. It's too bad they can't fix everything so you would be happy there. Thank you so much for sharing!
Hah I saw you upload and immediately took it as a sign to repot and trellis a couple of my plants that will be grateful for fresh scenery in the coming weeks. Love your content, I have had plant success thanks to your knowledge!
I just discovered you last week and I find your videos so soothing but also helpful! I have been bumbling around with plants for a few years and I am finally actually trying to learn some things and you are one of my favorite plant youtubers! Your personality is just so great.
I've been meaning to check out Steve's Leaves forever! I am such a procrastinator! Enjoyed the video today. You made me laugh when you said you were indecisive!
I secretly enjoy checking out your pots, LoL. I could never be that indecisive, it would drive me mad. I tend to go with my gut and move forward pretty quickly. For all the quabbles with this new place, your plants actually seem to love it! Happy Spring!! 🌷🌼☔🌈
Omygosh I am anxiously waiting for my philodendron tortum to arrive today via UPS from an Etsy seller! Yours is so beautiful and you picked the right pot 😊
Hi Nick. I'm having a great time watching you repot your plants . I'm getting ready to repot a bunch of mine too. I was a little confused about the first plant that you potted. When you put it in the cactus soil doesn't that drain a lot faster than most soil. And you were worried about your plant keeping moisture in. I'm just curious about that. It'd be great if you could explain that a little more to me cuz I don't understand why you did that. Or if someone else watching you could explain that to me that would be great
Curious to see how your plowmanii turns out on a moss pole. I know people who have tried before end up failing because they are crawlers as opposed to climbers.
I'm a dead center Libra (October 7th), which makes me also indecisive and 100% gay. :) When it comes to judgements, the scales can tip either way in the middle of Libra.
I think Steve’s Leaves are the first ppl too successfully pollinate Thaumatophyllum Stenolobum pollination in a longgg time!! Sorry to tell ya Nick but I don’t think the Stenolobum will make it a year in that pot, it grows like it’s on steroids!! Lol 💚💚💚 Congrats on your Sotech Colab 🥳🥳💚
Hey Nick, I wish I could join. But I can't right now. So I hope letting the adds play through helps some. The bottom tray looks like it would make a great litter box for sweetpea! BTW, where is she's? I miss seeing 😂her! Give her Hug's and kisses for me❤
Confused about why you used cactus mix for moisture loving plants. You’ve gone this long without one of those overhyped ikea cabinets and your plants are lovely. Why complicate things?
These plants, being epyphites, they like humidity in the air, but not wet soil, because they usually grow on trees and the water drains fast. The cabinet can be useful, because it substitutes lots of humidity domes/cloches /zip lock bags. And there are plants that won't do well at room humidity and humidifiers are such a hassle.
If your planter has an unwanted hole, you can fill it with a cork or a blob of silicone.
Blue tack putty also works and is non- toxic
I learn so much from every video you put out, Nick. Your passion for plants and teaching are so natural. 😊
I love Fridays! Nick makes them even better!❤

Great idea.
Your videos spark joy! Thank you.
Repotting is such a chore. But watching this vid makes me want to do it. Thanks Nick. P.s. I hope you see this lol
You are inspiring me to collect interesting pots :)
Thank you for repotting with us!

Had fun watching you repotting plants!
Just repotted 15 plants and now it's time to relax and watch someone else do it lol
Love those planters! I sometimes using a plastic shopping bag to line a pot if I want to avoid using the drainage hole 😊

Neat, really neat. This morning I planted 3 flats of zinnia seeds and I sure made a mess. I need lessons on planting neatly.
Could you tell me how you make your philodendron mix please?

I used to be a 30 minute repotter LOL Now I just shove em in
I’m a Libra too.. I get it. We don’t want to tip those scales too much. When in doubt… do NOTHING. 🥴
💚
micropore tape work for the hole in planters :)
Isn't the philo plowmanii a crawler? I could be wrong. 😅
What is the best moss to use

You're my fav
Where is your darker green repotting tub thing from? Do you have a brand name? :)
This is a stupid question but how do get to the description?
