I have never had to replace my lens on my X3 I have seen some videos on it and some ppl make it look easy and then some make it look hard for best option use lens guards or you could send it back to Insta and get them to replace them but I would not know how much that would cost hope that helps a little

@ohcolin I loved the idea of the insta 360 but was so disappointed by the fact the only way to get clear and sharp footage I would have to do all editing on a computer. Ism guessing with the Ace pro it's the same thing. If so I won't be buying it .but I always remain hopeful
@@goldbearbunny4787 the footage in this video from the Ace Pro 75% of it was exported out of my phone first then airdropped to my Mac I have not had any problems with the quality of the footage coming out of the Ace Pro hope that helps you a bit thx Colin

DJI Pocket 3 blows the Inst360 ACE Pro out the window in low light.

P3 is not the same class as the Ace Pro, yes, it's better as a "vlogging" camera but not an action camera therefore not in the same class. P3 has it's problems, look at the recent videos of the P3, we are starting to see some issues with it. Low light is better for the P3, it should be because it has an even bigger sensor, but where it fails is details on a distance base, the Ace Pro hands down beats the P3 in that area. Again, different class of camera, doubt you'll want to take that P3 into the pool lol
@@MiyagisRant - I own the P, P2, P3, Action 3, Action 4, Insta360X3, Nikon D3S, Nikon Z8. 3 zoom lenses for them, and about to purchase another lens for them. Really have no use for the Ace Pro...
@@dennishaldiman6087 If I had all those I wouldn't buy the Ace Pro either but that's not the argument here is it? Two different classes of camera for those who are looking for a camera and what they are using it for.
@@MiyagisRant - I just watched a new video put out 4 hours ago comparing the Action 4 to the Ace Pro. It was recorded while walking through a woods during an overcast day, with both cameras in normal color profile, which must people will use. The Action 4 blew away the Ace Pro in this video, maintaining good resolution and color at all times while the Ace 4 completely lost the face in darkness several times. Again, not saying the Ace Pro is a bad camera, but I will definitely take the Action 4 any day. Also, the Action 4 works wirelessly with the Pocket 3 mic without having to add a receiver to the camera while recording, another win for the Action 4.

It's not an action camera. It's a vlogging camera. This is absolutely a biased review. GoPro still has the best stabilization of any camera.
