I was surprised to see that on their website. I wore a medium in the military. I'm hesitant to buy one for the same reason, no returns. They are pricey.

*_BUYER BEWARE!_*
Mira Safety sells their products online under the condition of "all sales are final". This is not clearly indicated on the product description page or on the checkout page. I hold a Master of Business Administration degree, and consider this practice predatory! Their CM-8M (which comes in one size) appears to be much smaller than a US Army medium M-17A1 protective mask.
