Horizon 2’s focus is on expanding the core business, shifting focus to delivering breakthrough and/or disruptive innovations, innovations which deliver breakthrough new value, and in the process renews or accelerates the businesses own relevance in the marketplace.
Horizon 3’s focus is on creating viable new options in which to transform or reinvent the business through
Disruptive or Transformative Innovation.
