@@305filmz2 I still feel that if we didn't lose to Pittsburgh we would've had a ton of momentum and confidence and I think we could've done a lot more then an orange bowl loss that season
I'm so glad that we went with the traditional orange on white uniforms instead of green jerseys or going all black again. This is Miami football, boys. It's been a long time coming.
I missed a lot of this game making it the worst night of my life. They won making it one of the best nights of my life, these highlights make it even better!
Manny Diaz deserves a big pay raise after what he has done with this defense in just 2 years. Also what I find most exciting is the fact that the majority of these guys are still Golden's players. Rich's recruits don't start coming in till next year and the year after. Imagine the heights this team will reach when that happens. The U is back baby
I would like to thank AlGolden for the beating that we got from Clemson a couple of years ago or else he would still be here making us the laughing stock of college football
Eh. Garvin. Bandy. Dallas. Homer. Joe Jackson. Quarterman/Pinckney/McCloud. All Richt’s babies. True there are a lot of Golden guys still on the squad but the new crop seems to be shining as of late. Amazing what happens when you let players from the southeast play the way they grew up playing instead of trying to turn them into some slow Big Ten bullshit.
this team has evolved so much, 3-4 weeks ago I had little faith they could beat ND. But they changed their mentality, those close wins made them so confident and the coaches r doing such a great job, if they win out, coach Richt should get Coach of the Year imo #GoCANES
Caduex Charles Great comment bro, and he should get it regardless for the fact of the 2 year complete pole shift of the program, but I say to you, a coaches goal win or loss is to see his team learning and improving from game to game, and the Canes are doing exactly that...Since when have you ever seen Mark Richt so geeked in a halftime interview...He's happy...he has disciplined players and full support from Booster and Player Alumnus...A coaches dream.. and like you said I'm glad we have both Richts, Diaz, Brown, Rumph and all the other coaches and people that make the "U" something for us to discuss... Like they say' One man's trash is truly another's treasure..and oh did Georgia throw one away.😂
None Ya isn't he having fun though? I love it, I've never seen him like this before, even when he had UGA rolling, he's rejuvenated. And yeah, you're right he should be considered for CotY whether we win out or not, he's done a fantastic job in 2 years, these kids have completely bought in

Was there in the West End Zone. TV didn't do it justice. It was one of the craziest, loudest, most electric thing I've ever been apart of. Notre Dame fans were looking around in horror and disbelief. They simply could not believe what they were seeing and hearing. For one night, Hard Rock turned into the old Orange Bowl, circa 1988. And it was glorious.
This was Miami's first win over Notre Dame since that infamous 1989 contest when the Hurricanes defeated the defending national champion Irish 27-10 down in the old Orange Bowl snapping their 23 game winning streak. Remember the 3 and 43 play that Miami converted into a first down by completing a 44 yard pass that kept alive during a 22 play 3rd quarter drive that put Notre Dame on ice for the rest of the game. 18 minutes? I felt like the whole game was a highlight for Miami other then the drive they scored. It felt like one of those Miami (insert year) hype video. LOL. Honestly, I was watching that Georgia highlight to see if we can duplicate what they did.. bruh we did that and more. Georgia was fast but we made ND look SO SLOW. We exposed both of their 1st round offensive line men and their "NFL O-line". If we play like this every week on both sides of the LOS we might really be a championship team which is wild to me considering what we were watching just 2 years ago. Also multiple ND players said it was the loudest place they ever played. Some media people for Miami said the stadium shook. We coastal champs, recruiting on point, FSU and UF are both 3-6.. my hyped as hell man. We gotta support the Seniors this week vs UVa (Senior day) they gave us everything we been waiting for, for years. Coastal, Wins over rivals (FSU,VT, and ND), Chance to make the playoffs, Undefeated, Their showing our recruits we on our way back, and 10 wins most likely on a 11 game schedule despite going through a hurricane. We gotta show em some love this week. To the players, STOP PLAYING GAMES AND STOP PLAYING WITH MY HEART. You got me losing my mind every week vs weaker teams but you can play like this? Stop BSing! We need to look like this every week. We gotta look good for our date with Clemson.
I've watched tis about 10 times and ill watch it for another 10. I can't get enough of this game !!!. Richt let off in the 3rd quarter, but Diaz being the new Head Coach won't hesitate to lay it on and don't let off !!!

Even the pope couldn’t help those catholic notre dame boys that night. The U is playing just like they did in the 80’s and the 90’s. I’ve watched so many highlights of that era and it’s honestly crazy to see it live. I’m honored, and will never forget this year. The U is back and will stay on top for a long time. I wouldn’t be surprised if get our stolen 6th ring that we already should have.
All is well in the universe now the "U" is a powerhouse once again way to go congrats Cane nation see u guys next year first game against LSU hope u guys stump Bama in playoffs!!!
I knew when they ran that triple-option on 3rd & 2 midway through the 1st quarter that they weren't beating us. Game was 0-0 and they were already rattled.
We could have beat this team 50-0 but Mark Richt being the class act he is, let off the gas in the 3rd quarter.. and we didn't have a chance?? Hahah oops
Crazy thing is we still have not exploited ALL of our weapons. Harris and bandy need to be on the field more with Dallas, Thomas, Harley and I'm still waiting to see grey. Hopefully in the next 2 games they will have the ability to get more snaps in.
visage03 I know what you saying bro, but just be patient. Malik is good and looks great because we haven't had a quarterback that the other guys could count on since Dorsey although Jacory came close and it's just one ball to.go around but I think N'Kosi might have the arm strength to get around for all those guys to get PT together.
WOW, What a game last night!! They’ve done a tremendous job of making this stadium a great home field advantage. It goes from the worst stadium in the country to Top-10 !! What I can't figure out is why Miami's football program completely collapsed, immediately following this game. How did we not at least stay relevant for the next few years? Notre Dame definitely remained a high quality team, often ranked, despite such a humbling loss.
I would argue this game arguably created the Notre dame program we have seen since. The difference is that Notre dame took this experience to heart and learned from it because they are well coached and disciplined. Miami has no discipline and only cares about show boating and gimmicky chains and rings , and is coached by a “players coach”. Mark Richt did the right thing by resigning in 2018, but manny diaz tan this program into the ground.
Jon Davis Clemson was beastly when they had Deshaun Watson. Now they have are a good team but not the same beast that beat Alabama. The U's problem is that must of the time our great defense has to pick up the slack sometimes for our good but not great offense.
Great epic win for us!!! I'm proud to be a Miami Hurricane. Homer needs to keep producing on the ground, the D will be the D, therefore I see a National Championship in sight
It shows you that a good coaching staff matters. I’ve payed attention to two five stars in Trent Harris and chad Thomas. They both struggled under golden and his staff but with Manny Diaz system they both play to there potential! THE U is back!
Im picking Miami (havnt seen this game yet) cus Sean Taylor, Clinton Portis, and my man Santana Moss. After watching the vid: God damn. I picked Miami to win, but like that? Notre Dame is trash. (Side note: i like the turnover chain that they do.)
16:32 Young Johnathan Garvin, a true freshman from Lake Worth, just big boys a projected first round draft pick. UM is undefeated now, but the future of this program is even scarier. I hope everyone else enjoyed the last 10 years.
I was at this game. The stadium was rocking. The atmosphere was electric. It was so loud you know ND was intimidated. Will never forget this game.
I was there to great game but kinda sad that this is all we have to celebrate for the past 20 years I hope Cristobal is the answer go canes
Bout time yall lost in 2016, 2012, 2010, and 1990.. yall were due.. most games your fans don’t even show up 😂
When Bandy pick that ball off that stadium went crazy it was like 12 years of pain finally released..that was a defining moment of this new era
Really was. Loudest I’ve ever heard a Canes game. One of my favorite cane moments.

LOL! at 10:49 "all the noise noise noise NOISE!"
It was deafening in that bitch.
Ugh fan here. Nice to see Richt still thriving after leaving uga
Great epic win for us!!! I'm proud to be a Miami Hurricane. Homer needs to keep producing on the ground, the D will be the D, therefore I see a National Championship in sight
David Monroe say what
Still waiting on that championship
Miami games always exciting
It shows you that a good coaching staff matters. I’ve payed attention to two five stars in Trent Harris and chad Thomas. They both struggled under golden and his staff but with Manny Diaz system they both play to there potential! THE U is back!
Donald Gulley Thomas was a 5 star trent was a 3 star. I grew up with t Harris.
Does anyone know the song that is played after the Pick 6 around 10:46? It's sounds like a bunch of horns. If you do please let me know thank you
i wish we could play like this more than once lol
Was that Shelton "Da 12th Man" Douthett at 14:09?
o line for Miami deserves some respect
Im picking Miami (havnt seen this game yet) cus Sean Taylor, Clinton Portis, and my man Santana Moss.
After watching the vid: God damn. I picked Miami to win, but like that? Notre Dame is trash. (Side note: i like the turnover chain that they do.)
These guys looked a lot like the old U last night. It was fantastic
16:32 Young Johnathan Garvin, a true freshman from Lake Worth, just big boys a projected first round draft pick. UM is undefeated now, but the future of this program is even scarier. I hope everyone else enjoyed the last 10 years.
the U is back baby
Most Miami games are badly reffed. This game and the 77-0 game vs Florida Atlantic were great reffed games. No flags, no complaints. Good no call.
what a night that was
