I've been going down a straight rabbit hole of these 80's-early 2000's old school Miami games. This program was so fun to watch in there hay day! What gets lost in between all the attitude/swag and controversy was the fact that they played such good football on BOTH sides and saved their best football for the biggest games. To this day, the coolest college football program EVER!
Watch FSU games, especially 1992 onward. The FSU/ Miami games were legendary, both usually in the top 5. Heated rivalry, the best in college football IMO.

Crazy how every time MIAMI scored and tried to celebrate the refs was ready to penalize them! NCAA hated the CANES

I was at this game and most of the games that season, what a shellacking it was. And throughout the year too.

The canes defense was awesome. Anytime a receiver caught the ball, they were all over him like a pack of wild dogs on a cat.
