Hi..... if possible can you share a new link to epidemic sound... Tried clicking on link above. Only takes me to the site, don't see anyway to put in code... Nor is it for 30 days. Want to try and save money but also get you some sorta credit for all these videos. Thanks!
Hey! Thanks for trying to use it. They have updated it this year to just a one week trial so just using the link should work. Here’s a more recent link - share.epidemicsound.com/taylorJAN24
Thanks for the video. How do you deal with video shooting time limit on camera? What is the cheapest option vs. expensive option? I haven't tried yet but do you think the camera still working after the time limit is reached by starting another 20-30minutues of shooting?😅
Hey! For photos I do them with just one frame and usually use a flash on a stand off axis somewhere. Or no lights on so the colors are easy and look good. But you could do bracketing with a tripod if you want! Would look good, I just like the other ways since it’s faster and easier to edit for me
Hey Taylor, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate you and all of your videos. I FINALLY took the jump and got to invest in some new video (and photo) equipment Canon R6 Mk ii with a 15-30 f/4.5 and RS3 mini. 🥳🥳 Do you offer mentoring or are you at all working on a video course? I would love for you to help me get started in my real estate video journey. - Kay
Epic setup!! I’m working on my video foundations course right now (why I’m uploading less here) feel free to email me at taylorrbrown@icloud.com with questions - glad to try to help :)
Whatever works best for you! All of those can work. I like doing handheld with lights off for photos to get the best colors, or with an off camera flash off-axis to get even better colors if I’m already using flash.
Always like your posts ... super quality and I'm never disappointed. Not related to this video ... but been meaning to ask you: do you know of any wireless flash (off camera) trigger devices that can be used with and iPhone 13 Pro Max ... other than a "Godox specific/dedicated" trigger? Thanks Taylor. And ... cheers again from North East Florida. Chuck (one of those old geezers) : +)
Hello ❤ my client wanted interior photo and video and the rooms have no furniture but fixtures lights and wall panels they asked me to insert furnitures in post that can be done in images but can that be done in video. I will also be renting a lens for interior photography please suggest a lens i have 5D markiii give me 2-3 option of lenses so that it is available to rent canon lens
Hey! Not sure how to do video virtual staging. Canon 16-35 f2.8 or f4 or something similar will be good👌 Should be easy to rent those at any rental place.
Very nice shoot and editing! Thank you for the helpful tips and ideas. I'm a realtor that enjoys photography so I am more looking to use video to build a real estate brand and all of these tips are super helpful.
I know it's out of context, but one sequence real estate videos (tour of the entire house in one shot) are really popular in my area and I'm wondering if you got a video covering that subject or if you'd be interested to make a tutorial about that maybe. I'm starting to learn video (I literally shot my first video ever today in my house) and I tried this style of video, but I had difficulty with my exposure because of the different lighting in each room. And since I shot the video in one sequence only, I didn't change my settings while filming. Thanks for everything, I love your content and I learned a lot from you!
Yeah! No worries. I have this video that might help even though it’s different for mirrorless cams (you’d just need to set your exposure to auto adjust ISO & WB) and for editing in normal programs it helps to add a motion blur effect in an adjustment layer above your footage to smooth out the speedramps (or just do what I did in this video and keep some of them + cut some of them to have a similar feel but more variety) ua-cam.com/video/DFGcGyJIwfA/v-deo.html

Great tips.....need a code for commercial accounts.
Would be nice!
Great vid! Detail shots are my favorite. Big essentials for interior design work too!
Super essential! 😎

What are you trying to record??
Awesome video! Hey how did you create the square footage animation? Really liked it.
Thanks! That was from the mRealEstate title pack from motionvfx (link below video for a discount) - super handy! My titles are from there too.
@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo Awesome thanks so much for letting me know! Love your content 🙌🙌
great vid, I have a canon r10 (crop sensor). I can only get 10-bit footage while filming video in HDR mode. is HDR mode ok for real estate?
Sure! Try it out and see how the different options look and see what you think is best for different situations.
Hey Taylor - I wanted to ask, do you take your detail shots using auto exposure bracketing as well ? Or do you only use AEB for the wide shots ?

I’d like you to shoot a real estate video tour with your iPhone, teach us how to do camera settings for realtors like me who can’t hire for now
Thanks!! Check out the other videos on the channel, there’s a handful of phone BTS videos. I have a mobile playlist too that should help 👌

@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo Yay!! Can’t wait for the video course. I will do, thank you so much!! 😊🙏
When getting detail shots do you do single image or hdr. Handheld or on tripod?

Hey! Thanks a ton. Not that I know of, unfortunately.
Hey phenomenal content. Just subbed!!
What focal length would you do detail shots with for real estate video?
Thank you! 50mm is my favorite👌
Good stuff! Like most things, just keep it simple and you can get great results.
Definitely true! Thanks for checking it out.
Great video, do you shoot your details shoots on a gimbal or handheld?
Thanks! Normally I do as much as I can on a gimbal. But I think the ones in this video might have been handheld - works fine for small movements :)
thanks for the quick reply and the info, I will try a few handheld@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo
@@PhotoBooth72 60fps definitely helps!
Have you ever tried shooting in HLG as I have this option on my G9 but not sure if it will give better results over Vlog?@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo
Always great tips! Thanks for all the info!
Thanks 🙏

@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo Thank You so much.Alaso in one of your videos you mentioned editing service provider what was the name I forgot
Photoup is pretty solid. That’s what I used to use when I was too busy to do it all myself.
@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo thank you I will apply your code if it is mentioned in description
@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo Your access to this site has been limited by the site owner photoup has restriction for India maybe if I try VPN I can bypass
Great ideas. Thanks for sharing 😊
No prob! Thanks :)
I need that videography course ASAP!
Ok! :) Almost done with the first draft. Let me know if you have any questions in the mean time - I’ll plan on doing a Q&A video soon.
@@TaylorBrownPhotoVideo i'm trying to do everything with an iphone 14 pro and editing on premiere. i've been writing notes on all those videos!
