RAM2500 with new GCI Canopy gets a well deserved Power and Switching Upgrade

This customer had several problems with the power and switching system in his new GCI canopy. 1) The 300Ah Lithium was not enough for the dual fridges especially running one as a freezer 2)The switching system for 12V was all on the drivers side but kitchen is of course on the passenger 3) the lights were too high off the ground for his wife to switch 4) The lights are old school with a clunky dimmer on the side the dimmed every light from drivers side. 5) There was no cab located monitoring or control of the system 6) The solar was too small and 7) There was no integrated STARlink. Well that’s a perfect set of problems for us to nail. Watch the video to see how we did it. There will be a part two video showing some detail. This is our first release of STAR-light. The firmware is “over-the-air” updatable and the next release will incorporate the universal control from either Apple, Google, Amazon or Samsung smartphone. This can be done without the Internet. With the internet you will be able to run the Smartphone app from anywhere and if you use Apple Carplay or Android Auto, you will be able to control the devices and lights while driving natively.
