I love how kind, positive and selfless both of these chefs are. Lorenzo seems like he would do his best to make the people around him laugh. Frank is a professional chef and clearly knows what he's doing and what he can change. Yet, their interactions are nothing but respect and admiration for each other.
Great video.
Lorezo: *tries to do recipe perfectly*
Frank: “So this is what Lorenzo was gonna do. We’re not doing that”
I think that was the better choice for Frank to do overall regardless. It's not like he's going to mess up a simple home cooked recipe, so might as well make it more interesting and challenging by using the same exact ingredients and adding a professional chef's twist to it.

I've been waiting to see Frank interact with the non-professionals, he's always struck me as the kinda chef who can appreciate other's take on a dish and give some level-appropriate tips, and learn a little himself. Guess that's why he's an instructor.
