Hello, the 3 lakh withdrawal has both capital (2,83,500) and capital gains (16,500)....that is, (units redeemed * difference in NAV) ....like 11320.75*(26.5-25) = 16981.1 and so on ....this is what happens when you redeem units of a mutual fund

Buy why would you have so much capital sitting in an arbitrage fund i the first place instead of deploying it?
