I do agree with you on some points...my simple solution is dynamic asset allocation, aggressive hybrid & Multicap funds...thats it..of course we should give our money to Good fund managers...

I have invested like below. Would you mind to comment on that? I have made some lumpsum and SIP is also running.
SBI Focused Fund --- 30lacs and 15000 as SIP
Mirae Emerging Bluechip Fund -- 30lacs and 15000 as SIP
Kotak Balanced advt fund -- 10lacs
ICICI Pru USD fund -- 5lacs
The time horizon is 15 years for my son's education and retirement.

do not seek to beat the market (duh!)
do not worry if after six months or 6 years many active funds have beat your index fund

Hello sir, I am a new subscriber here. After watching this video I think I did a mistake by investing in Axis long term equity fund , Mirae asset large cap fund and Axis bluechip fund. They all seem to be same. All are large cap and equity based. Should I close one of these and move to balanced advantage fund ?

I am investing SIP of 5000 Rs per month . my portfolio is - 2000 rs in mirae asset large cap , 1500 rs in kotak standard multicap fund , 1500 rs in sbi small cap fund . My investment is for 10 years . Is my portfolio right or not ? Please suggest sir .
