  • Happy Full ep friday all.
Here's a full episode of a classic moment where not only Gordon calls out owners for using a week-old lasagna and calling it fresh, but also tricking the owners into eating food he pretended to cook.

Because kids don’t often have the maturity to take responsibility for their actions, just like this pair of big kids pretending to be caring owners. That staff meeting was so painful to watch hearing their “Oh that’s how you feel? Well I feel worse!” Horseshit owners

For those looking for the paragraph guy, the restaurant lasted another 10 years successfully. Then the owners were offered a large amount of money to sale. They took the offer, new owners closed down, and rebuilt a new restaurant in its place. Money won at the end.

As a native New Orleanian and former server, I hate how so many people saw Hurricane Katrina as an opportunity to buy their way into New Orleans culture. It was kinda predatory how so many new restaurants popped up or out of town owners purchased existing restaurants. With all of the documentaries about Hurricane Katrina, hopefully someday we’ll get one that focuses on how Hurricane Katrina ushered in one of the most historic gentrifications of the 21st Century.
