@@ronin2167 Ippon seoi nage is not a very good throw because you have no control on your opponent's position during a critical few milliseconds. Lets be honest we all came here for that legendary comment
Awesome video. Im fairly new into bjj and these throws are amazing to watch. Id like to learn some to help with bjj. There's no judo clubs in my area. I always been intersted
Dear Masters, excellent intro, as forward mowing throuws like O-soto-Gari, O-Uchi Gari!
Then a difficult hip throw, not for beginners, and all that without retreat!!!
In my opinion, adding some Kuzushi, disbalancing while in standing, and some dea-ashi harai or even Harai-tsurikomi -ashi while moving bakcward would only complete the picture of Judo movesieither forward, or just standing or retreating. Best regards. Paul, 67, retired istructor of Karate.
Excellent! Love your technique and power. I would hate to be your uke😁
When tori hits the technique so cleanly, you won't even feel it as uke.
He's in fact a great tori!
I searched up "This is a democracy manifest" and i got this.
''Lots of different problems can happen.'' You have a definite talent for understatement. Your teaching style, and the videos you've produced have overnight, dramitically increased, my ability to use shaui jiao. I had my first noteworthy epiphanies in your video ''Self-defense using Judo'' when you said ''circle around to his left side'', (I usually move to my opponets right) and ''climb up the body'', in over 44 years of training those two little details never occured to me. I'm sure there's more. I am grateful. Thank you brother man.

haha yes, Probably the most important lesson in life.
I love judo so badly ❤️
Me and you both!
Very well taught. Video isn't long, but clear.
i remember being thought judo when i was in middle school back in brazil, I enjoyed a lot! Was such a fun thing doing it as a kid. My teacher would often do Sumo tournaments between the students and because I was kinda fat I guess people had some trouble throwing me out. Really good times, might go back to learn it. Thanks for the nostalgia!
did anyone else come for “thanks! my grandma didn’t stand a chance”

Wow I stopped practicing judo for 2 years I was a yellow belt but i videos like this remind me how fun it was for me to train so I think I will go back to practicing judo soon
I feel like that the next Martial Art I should take up is Judo primarily because unlike striking arts where they're very hesitant about sparring, Judo has no problems.
Me after watching this
"Where is my brother?"
