It’s so much convenient than before BUT IM STUCK...Have no idea why mine won’t even play the rotating animation(even in turntable cam view or playbast) Thor’s animated frames don’t even show in graph editor...
You'll just have to have more frames. Having your camera do a 360 in frames (1 - 24) that's 1 second. Make sure you have your end key be atleast 150 frames away from your first key. hope this helps.
I have no idea what I am doing wrong. I am following what you do exactly but mine spins so much faster.... I suck at Maya, don't even know how to get the outliner up.
Either you didn't give the same amount of space between the two keys, or you have your playback playing at a faster pace. Try changing the playback speed to 24 frames pet second.
Thank you for the kind words Vinod, I personally have a PC, and as an Animator you're using the companies computers to animate, the only times you'd use your own computer would be to work on personal projects. Regardless, I personally perfer to have a PC so I can upgrade parts as they become outdated. And currently my computer is an i5 6600k (if I remember correctly), 16gb ram & a 1070ti graphics card :)
Hey James, All you have to do is Bring that end frame forward. so for example if my 360 turn Key is on Frame 160, Move that key to frame 320 to double the amount of time it takes for the character to turn. And ofcourse as mention in the video, End it 1 frame early. So Key on 320, but have the timeline end at 319. Hope this cleared things out for ya.
It's gonna be a little hard to describe without visuals but, go to the output properties on the right (Printer icon), open up the "Output" down-arrow, and here you can change the file format to "FFmpeg Video". Underneath that are some more options you can take a look at and change. For example (Video, Audio). Hope this helps.
I noticed a problem where my turntable wasnt working or spinning around object, Using the linear button in graph editor like he says fixes that too for me. I couldnt do the second method because I have no controllers on my object.
You need to spread out the two keys then. Make your timeline larger and have more frames In between the keys. Make sure you make them linear afterwards

Can we change the camera perspective?
Perfect! One question tho...
My camera rotates insanely fast. How do I reduce the speed?
You'll just have to have more frames. Having your camera do a 360 in frames (1 - 24) that's 1 second. Make sure you have your end key be atleast 150 frames away from your first key. hope this helps.
@@BrianKouhi Maybe I'm still too noob for it. Got it to work, but I think I'll go and check your early stuff to start from scratch :)
Mine wont parent in the second method. It says the target list was empty or contained no valid targets
Same
my outliner-group 1 didn't show up the curve or line. i already click group 1 but still nothing. how to fix this? :(
Hi I had the same issue, you can just go to: Windows, Animation Editors, Graph Editor and it will pop up.

@@BrianKouhi Yeah, it was the playback speed, I figured it out. Thanks for the reply though.

@@BrianKouhi thanks now i have made my mind to buy desktop so i can also change some parts in future
how can I slow down the turntable animation?

Why there's no Master control of the character in my character?!?? I am stuck seriously
ok but how do you export this as an mp4, mov ?
