Схема на низком напряжении работает! Но при 150в суммарная мощность резисторов равна 4,5 Вт. На 150 вольт нужны другие резисторы,например по 150Ком?

I see a small problem with this, on the right side a mosfet used as a diode? this diode is not needed unless you use a maximum of 10A at 100V or less.

This does not work as a 30A voltage regulator, maybe a couple amps.

Hmm,the efficiency will depend on input and output voltage difference and the transistor will heat up when the voltage difference is high
