this is okay for big 12volts AC transformers but in truely this is not aplicable use 4 pieces is no good use only 1 and maybe small transformer is not good. they reduce voltage

This is not a regulated voltage output. It's an adjustable linear regulator that requires adjustment for load, temperature, etc. BIg difference. It is true that some IGBTs have great linear specifications and capacity. Add an op amp for gate conrol with a voltage reference and then you have a voltage regulator. Some Mosfets will also have good linear capacity. Showing a bunch of soldering with dangling wires and making false claims are not helpful to newbies to electronics.

Yes I made this system and have 95 volts to regulate only problem I have is the 10k pit keeps on burning out then all 95 volts goes straight to the out put wires with is not good. I used a bigger 10k pot with 1amp resistor and have the same problem. Any advise pls?
