Ain’t no way in hell I’d pay even 600k for that house. Why? Because I refuse to spend that much money on a house that sits on a busy street with every Tom, Dick, and Harry looking into my backyard, pool area. As well as the master bath tub in full view of the street traffic. 🙄 nope, never!
This is a model home that's intentionally built near the main road to be seen by people driving by. The actual subdivision is secluded.
