Soon, i am travelling for work so i am only home for a couple days a week. Make it very hard to record episode every week or even every two weeks. I am currently in a big rush before christmas and will start working on the next episode soon.
@@TheBercas oh, ok, understandable. hope you'll manage to get enough rest and such, don't overwork yourself. was just wondering and I'm kinda in need of a new fix for my addiction to your let's play I love your style and builds so far, even started to play a few hours myself again because of them. ^^'
You and Engineered Coffee should make a colab series. Between ur mental building scales, and attention to detail, and his mental ability to make complex ass programming, and his attention to detail, u boys would have 1 hell of a base, i mean u both do already, but it would be obscene
Just binged the whole playlist. I love what you are doing with the series. You are putting a ton of time into these videos and it really shows. I hope you continue to enjoy the process because you have a talent for it. I can’t wait to see what’s next.
Hellooo, I found your series just before his and I’m absolutely loving both!! , I love how inclusive the se community is and not there’s never really one se youtuber no others know Or some shared community
This Project is far from being done, there is so much potential for creativity with this one! If you have any cool ideas let me know. So much potential for creativity with this one! Have a good week engineers!
@@TheBercas perhaps a hanging freighter dock for some like a large grid bulk freighter? Maybe like off the rim of the crater? Something big enough for like the B80 from the in game store perhaps?
Dude your attention to detail on both large and small scale builds is mindblowing. If you ever feeling bored you can try gradient shading/coloring of builds, one thing I have not seen in SE but common with elite builders in Minecraft. Also love the timelapse music
I gotta say man, you're the best Space Engineers content creator I know. Mostly the SE scene has amateurish editing with not a lot to keep my (arguably overstimulated) brain engaged for long periods, but your editing skills, music choices, and cinematic shots themselves are enough to keep me watching. That's not even mentioning your crazy building style and scope. Absolutely love it, keep it up!
Your eye for aesthetics, color, shape is amazing. Your videos are like watching a master artisan/craftsman. Is your day job something that requires this skillset?
Wow, thank you! Not at this moment, I use to be a carpenter for 10+ years working closely with a designer/artist so i learned a few things along the way.
man i went to bed at 2 am yesterday to watch all of your video and i did watch it again tonight... awesome idea you have and the build design is unbelievable... i did subscribe for sure
Awesome tower. Awesome episode. Love the small grid controls. Still trying to figure out the design of my latest one. That said, I find you lack of railings disturbing 😂😉
Honestly I love the small grid safety projection, and it can just be done with a sensor too if you wanted And the lights and floor and that side antenna in/on the control tower are amazing too!
Very cool, there are no words to express how good you are, love the small grid panels, maybe for the server room instead of a big room with lots of timer blocks and programmable blocks have a heavily protected room with a logic core (aka a cube of small grid timer and programmable blocks) Also, OSHA SAYS MORE RAILINGS 25:37 well, that's bad, don't make it seem like a good thing
Wonderful! Keep it up! For the antenas, I recommend setting a rotating one not so tall, close to the roof, and then the fixed ones (maybe a couple) taller, I think this is how it's done in reality, but your taste is proven to be the best, so go with your preference. Can't wait for the next episode.
4:15 (On the holo-caution guard) I think it's perfect and it should be automatically turned on and off anytime any of the bridge is moving. So once you get on and hit the button to start going up or down, it will come up as the bridges are starting to retract and the thing starts to move, and off automatically once ît stops the bridges are ended. That lets you know that it is motion. (Just fyi, I know you said English is not your first language, so I was just throwing this out there: When the bridges are going out, it is extending, not extracting. When they are leaving something and going away, they are contracting as in squishing down or extracting, meaning pulling out of something or pulling away from something, but contract and extend are typically the two used. Just wanted to get that out. Hope that helps!)
Projector warning sign is great. I use them a lot for shipping guides for airspace above bases or guides into docking bays on stations. I would activate/deactivate it with a sensor positioned to detect the bridge. That way it can stay independent of your current logic setup. So turns on when bridge retracts, stays on during operation then turns back off as soon as the bridge enters the detection range and it's safe to exit. Easy.
Someone very smart gave me a tip to use lcd panels with fully colored background to show status, as they are much easier to see than lights. Also i reccomend you try a large grid advanced rotor head with a 3x3 small grid advanced rotor on top for grid anchors between small and large. Reason being its as small as you can get it while being flush without needing to use any rotor offsets. You can also do it with 1x1 advanced rotors aswell, but you need to change offsets if you want it flush. Also, you can save tons of pcu by using a single large to small grid anchor for your entire console row instead of having each hinge on a separate one
The console layout in the middle of the tower seems pretty arbitrary and unfocused, like they're just there to eat up space. However, I love love LOVE your ceiling. God, that ceiling is amazing.
You should build drones that use the pit as a docking bay after they go and harvest resources in the quarry. Would not only fit with the story(I think) it would also look very cool as well as bring a little bit of life to your world
you could place a projector block on a rotor below the holographic table and make it spin, that way the projection would slowly rotate above the holo table without the table moving
I belive with the build vision mod you can copy and paste light and control panel setting across to another one, build vision is sooooo usefull it essentially just lets you use the controll panel for that block with out having to enter a control panel you can do it straight from the block eoth a better ui to go with it
When next epidode? thought it's weekly or at least biweekly? :x

Back this idea 100%
BRO YES
coffee is absolutely nuts when it comes to programing stuff imagine a Giant scale sccda warehouse like he has on his mards play through
I need this to happen
Totally agree would be epic
I would have a single compact room detailed and perfected while Bercas builds an entire skyscraper around me 😂😂

yes it was!
To be honest, i love the work you do and hope you'll keep it up!
Edit: You can close the Build Vision menu with Rightclick
🙀 no wayyy!
using a projector as a holographic display is something I never thought of! Really great idea!
Looking forward to the next episode. Heres to hoping things slow down a little for you so you can post it. 😊
your videos are seriously underrated bro

I appreciate that!

Hey, didnt know that about advance rotor and i also realise i could save on pcu while editing the video. Probably gonna merge them to one small grid.
It looks awesome! Cannot wait for what you do next :)

Cannot unsee ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ with the reworked antenna dish...
hahahaha
I think the parabolic antenna would work better tbh, it suits more the ATC tower vibe you were going for
I love big ravioli wind turbine generator on the back)

Interesting idea, thank you!
Loving the series so far! What mod do you use for zooming?
Its a plugin called "zoom" you need a special SE launcher
Bro you and engineered coffe both do interesting ideas it would be cool if yall did a coop let’s play together in the future
I would also like to add that your builds are honestly my favorite in terms of theme and design you give them life and I love that
You should make an 'A' tower, as the Arcis Company HQ
hmmm great idea!
Also could I ask what is that dirt mod your using
The one where you can place dirt
terrain tool ;)
@@TheBercasthank you my friend
If you're going scripts 'Fancy Status Displays v2' could be a fun one to make use of the console screens
fancy stuff indeed!

I dont think it let you copy LCD settings unfortunately. :(
@ maybe it’s just light, that I’m more sure of, I’m on console so mods are borderline non existent….
May I ask how you managed to record this point while building?
Why not put a sensor under each panel so they fold down as you walk up to it?
Next episode?
Make a small elevator in the tower
good idea!
