Nice work keep up!!!reply pls🐶🐶🐶
What good is a rechargeable flashlight (or any rechargeable device) if it can't be recharged in the woods???
NEED:
a. A solar and/or wind powered small generator OR
b. Metal plates that can be buried in the ground to tap into the telluric Earth currents to generate electricity OR
c. Possibly hydrogen fuel cell driven devices, hydrogen is the most abundant element in this universe OR
d. A hand cranked or bicycle driven type generator.
Survival Lilly a love your chanall
Thanks Lily.
"Americans are self-important, highly arrogant and full of themselves" because a Chinese company doesn't include you in their sale? Canadian crybaby.
Lilly, just like last year, my wife & I will be doing a summer camp for our grandchildren - 3 girls and one boy. The camp is educational, athletic and fun. We cover many topics but a good part of it is bushcraft. We'll be watching your UA-cam channel while at camp, as well as Emelie's & Vanessa's, since the granddaughters will benefit from women role models. And Lilly, you're a role model of the first order!!!
I just wanted to say that thanks to you I've now got enough new kit to go with my old kit and after a hiatus of over twenty years I'm now back into wildcamps again. Nothing fancy but I love it. Am I old enough to know better? Yes. Am I young enough to still listen to my rebel yell? Yes. Can I take advise from a girl half my age? Yes. Am I prepared to listen, watch and learn? Yes, yes and yes. Keep doing what you are doing. You are an inspiration to all who watch you.
Not sure how many people catch all the beautiful sounds in the background but it's Soo nice!
Thanks Lilly!
My 5 year old daughter likes watching your videos with me. Thank such a positive role model for young women you really have a way of keeping her interest survival has been one of my passion since I was very young thank you to you I can pass it on 👍🙂
I like the way you're promoting the products , clean and not abusive.
I am retired military & I realy enjoy your videos. I have recommended your videos to a couple girls, that are freinds of mine. Keep up the great videos.
Always nice to re-visit your awesome bug-out camp , Lilly . Looks very comfortable and cozy ; like home away from home . Nice footage of your axe work . Great to see you rocking your trusty Cold Steel SRK again ; always gets me stoked to see you using it . It's been my all around favorite mid -sized survival knife for many years now ( Esee 6 is my 2nd fav ) . Thanks for taking us along again . All the Best.
She is a wonderful female teacher. I learned a lot about camping. Thank you very much!😘😘😘
Great Video Lily, it seems so peaceful out there in the woods. You always make camping look so fun and easy.
Lilly, if you don't mind me giving you a tip - place your left hand through the bow saw over the blade and hold the wood steady that way. That way, the saw blade can't cut your hand.
I just wanted to say I am enjoying your videos and appreciate all the time and effort you place into them. They have taught me a lot so far that I didn't know about before.
9 Euros is 10.46 USD, or 13.89 CAD.
Love your watching your overnighters, btw.
lol xD
never seen a woman wake up in the woods and still be as pretty as ever Lilly I love watching what you do your one of the you tubers that inspired me to purchase my own 10 1/2 Acers of wood so I can build my very own bushcraft camp thank you for what you do and keep up the great work
Eric Fisher YES... She looks pretty awesome in the morning.. (looks like she's got lipstick on.. But just natural beauty!!!!)
I love an overnighter with the kids in the mountains around Colorado US, we have access to a family ranch that makes it easier to deal with 3 kiddos and not worry about prying eyes or wandering souls. I love the content Lilly, and its Lilli approved says my 5-year-old. Big thumbs up!
Lily you're amazing.I'm impressed by your good nature and skill sets. Keep your adventurous spirit alive& inspiring young and old male and female to be better stewards of our mother earth.
Thankyou forever from the heartland us
Good job Lily keep it going
Hi Lilly, I enjoy your videos very much. I live in Montana, USA and the country seems very similar to where you are camping. I have a hint for you. When you saw a fairly long log the long end should be to your left since you are right handed. The short end should be hanging in the air on your right. This will reduce the pressure to the log in the sawing zone. Try it you'll like it
I love all your videos bring back old memories when I was growing up.
I just spent five days in the Amazon. I used a pile of thatch to start a fire. In the Amazon, there are no forest fires, flash floods, earthquakes, tsunamis or other sudden catastrophes. Top Raman and dried chicken is pretty good. I also had plantains and oatmeal.
Dear lily, I just wanted to recommend the silky boy 500 saw. I keep one in my car and it cuts well, just be cautious on the push stroke. For splitting I saw a guy on UA-cam use a froe and a rope around the log. He split that log into 36 small pieces very safely and quickly, with no need to stop and pick up pieces.
I really like to see you camping and being on your own, Not many young ladies can or would be able to do what you do. Now as an old man, I wish I could have know you when I was younger, it would have been fun to camp with you. I see you doing things that I have forgotten all about and there are probably things that I could teach you also. Keep up the good work , I'm sure that there are some other young ladies and girls that get inspired to learn about basic survival skills after seeing what you do. Your parents must be proud.
pawsnazzy01 creepy
Someday you might make it to my age and you will be teaching your grandkids some of these very same skills, and build memories that will they will remember their whole life, and pass onto their kids and grandkids. And somebody will call you creepy also.
pawsnazzy01 I don't tell random young internet girls I want to go camping with them. Go away creep
Your mind must be in the gutter, it sounds as tho you have never been camping with people you didn't know. You should try it sometime, you can meet more people and build friendships that can last a lifetime.
I think you need to read pawsnazzy's post a little more closely. I don't see him saying he wants to go camping with her - just that he might have enjoyed sharing the outdoor experience with her or someone like her when he was younger. If you manage to survive your youth - and given your attitude, that's an open issue - you just might come to realize how foolish you sound.
Your Bug out camp is Awesome! It has been cool to see you build it over the years. Great video, keep em coming. Nice boots.
She just makes me smile and brightens my day.
Thank you Lilly. I already own a few Olight flashlights and they are high quality. Since this is the latest and greatest in its size, I couldn't resist. I made use of your link and luckily timing was just right. So, I purchased it at the discounted price. Thank you.
Love the videos Lilly, try turning the axe and wood around when it gets stuck in the wood and hit with the top of the axe on your base. This allows more force downward on the wood and will split it easier and quicker then just trying to whack the axe through the wood. Especially a splitting maul. Take care and happy outdoors from Canada.
I remember when Lily Built this camp. I think she found that old Bow Saw in a shed near her camp that her father used to use for hunting. Whenever I see Lily at this camp I always think of her dog, Daxie. I hope Dax is in Hunde Himmel
( Doggie Heaven ) and he has a nice muddy creek to jump in haha.

my name is danny cochran
For your fishing you should look for a lure called an "inline spinner". My favorite is the Mepps Aglia in a size 2 or 3. I have caught every species of fish I can think of on these. Sometimes an artificial lure will trigger a fish's predatory instincts, like a fast-moving toy and a cat - it's a reaction bite rather than a feeding bite. The lure's vibration also helps the fish find it in murky water.
just finished watching your video about being sick ……. never would have imagined that you were sick !!!!!!! you always look good and healthy and everything seems great !!!! sooooo sorry to hear about your illness …. did not reply on that video because I am sure every one else is wishing you well on that video and wanted to reply just a little bit differently than everyone else !!!! please take care and keep on doing what you are doing … seems to be working well !!!!!! always looking forward to your next video !!!!!!!! xoxoxo
Hello Lilly, my name is Allan and I'm from Brazil. I love your content, I really enjoy seeing your nights in the forest. They take me to this environment that I love so much. Congratulations on the channel.
Wonderful video. You make me feel like I'm the one out there enjoying nature. I'll check out those flashlights. Thank you Miss Lilly!
Great vid Lilly. I carry Vaseline for my boots as well, but it has other uses also. If you keep cotton balls or swabs, (wood shaft) with you, fire making in wet conditions is much easier. I always have a striker on my person when not at home, and have been able to start fires in wet conditions many times.
Go SL!!!
The world loves your camp as much as you do
Lilly, Put the saw side over (past) so sawed end falls "off" when the blade cuts all the way through the tree. What your doing can bind the blade.
You DO make very nice camping set ups. Looks like a nice place to fish and have a small campfire. Sure looks peaceful
We love your bugout camp, too. There's just something so comfortable about you doing overnighters at your bugout camp. All of your videos are very good, but I have to admit to these being my favorite. I appreciate your sharing your time with us. You treated us to a little of your musical abilities in the past. I don't know what made me think of it, but I was just curious if you still spent much time doing that. I remember that you had a pretty singing voice.
Another fine overnighter in your bug out camp. Been watching your vids since the very beginning and they just keep getting better. You set the bar pretty high for yourself and still clear it every time. Stay safe out there. Cheers.
That satisfied look on Lilly's face when she woke up is the reason I choose to sleep outdoors.
make sure you coat the stiching on the welt (where the stichings attaches the sole to the body of the shoe) this is where most water gets in.
its good to be able to do these vids... having access to property that you can do these on is gold... keep it up
A compact, hands-free light is really important on backpacking trips: sometimes we don't make it to our destination (or back to our transport) as planned. We LOVE your bug out camp, too. It is not too overdone, has a sturdy, protective enclosure and a welcoming bed in any weather. COULD YOU make a sawbuck (sawhorse) to help process wood at this camp? Sawing wood on the ground is always uncomfortable...and the blade digs in and dulls faster. Loved the vaseline tip for boot care and it multi-tasks in wet weather fire starting. Thanks for bringing us along.
We have Harbor Freight here in America. They have a headlamp for 10 dollars. I've used it camping and it works great. I need my hands free. Great video Lilly.
Huberds Shoe Grease is the best thing for your boots. It has beeswax in it for long lasting protection, and it makes the leather supple.
Olight is great stuff, you got a good sponsor! Nice to see you incorporating so more tech into your adventures. Some good slow mo chopping, I gotta get one of those grills, apparently I will get alzheimers from cooking with tin foil lol oh well, probably wont want to know anything thats going on in 2050 anyways
I love your bugout camp too Lilly...I'd love to spend a night there. The woods there look really nice, not quite as thick and overgrown as here on Vancouver Island.
You love your bugout camp. I love your channel and the things that you are doing! Thanks for another great video!
Love the videos, informative and fun! You should be very proud of your camp, it is awesome, the fact you built it, and it's still standing, and well designed.
great series of videos Lilly, please keep more coming, thanks.
Your videos are delightfully entertaining to watch, thank you.
I’m sorry to hear that you have so many trolls. These are just people that are opposite of you.
Keep up the good work. There is more good than evil in the world.
Thinking about buying some property now and building a bug out shelter. Thanks for all the useful info!!
My Docs finally failed after 27 years of poor care. A testament to their durability. You've inspired me to invest in another pair. Thanks from California Lilly!
Only downside to those flashlights is the proprietary cable. It'd be nice if you could just use a standard micro-USB or something as an alternative, so you have one less thing to carry/forget.
Olight is good stuff! Just got one of the tiny baton lights for Father’s day, it is amazing!!
Thanks again Lilly for the great video of your amazing bug out camp ! It is awesome like you are too !
Wonderful video as always,👍 please, don't take too long to upload videos, I'm always eager waiting for your next video. I've learned a lot with your wonderful videos.👍👍👍👍👌
Susan Lawless true
Thanx mam lilly
I want build cabin
I will not use vasoline on leather or as skin lotion because its a petroleum product. I use natural animal oil for hand and leather.
example: lanolin sheep oil is good for both leather and skin.
NebukedNezzer for leather and water proofing I use mink oil!! It works really well and will also soften the leather a little bit and it doesn't leave any greasy feel!
That's why her shoes will last longer than yours.
I like sno-seal it's a beeswax based sealant I can stand in water for about 2hrs before it leaks. My last pair off boots lasted 2years I'm rough on them they get covered in mud almost daily and I don't seal them as much as I should. My boot are Ariat western style work boots. My new ones are Tony Lamas.
Second vote for snowseal here. I used to use dubbin, but an old saddler advised against it. He recommended Snowseal for my boots in the alpine pine forests and waterways I used to work on. It was a great product, protected my boots and the stitching well and was a great waterproofing treatment.
NebukedNezzer vasoline has a stigma to it doesn't it lol, it is pretty good for leather boots though and it's inexpensive
Thats one cool camp you have. I especially like that roll out supply storage you have
Just got myself a petzl tactikka headtorch and a lantern case for it and a core rechargeable battery pack,it’s only 250 lumens but it’s plenty for my needs,I also have an 80,000 lumens torch for when I need it,I’ve got lots of torches though as I like a decent torch when I’m camping
You have a good bug out camp.I wish I had a place to build a camp.thanks for the video lilly.
I love this camp. It’s my favourite
Great night at camp Lilly .. Thanks for sharing ...Mark ....
Cotton and vaseline, an awesome firestarter in wet conditions. Always have some with me when trekking! Really enjoyed your video, thanks for sharing!
If you buy pig fat you can heat it to liquefy it and apply it and apply it to the boots with a paint brush, it's better to let the boots suck it a couple of days and they'll be waterproof aswell as hydrated so they'll last years and years if you do it often and also threat well the boots. The industrial grease also go well to make the boots waterproof but they don't look the same. Have a great week!
Avoid bear country in your baited boots!
We don't have free bears in the North of Spain, so they're not a concern in this country.
Great video again, I’m impressed with your camp, really nice, I’m building a neat rock and wood shelter now.
Thank you for stopping once in awhile, to explain how you use a tool or explain anything. It’s very helpful and I appreciate your generosity in explaining it. I’ve been wanting to say something and have hesitated because I don’t want to pick on you but I’ve decided to tell you for your own benefit because I think it would be helpful to know how to say recommend in English. If you have a dictionary app on your phone you can listen to the pronunciation. You do so well with all the English words but this word I am humored. When I started watching your videos, starting with the first one, it took me watching a few videos before I realized it’s just the pronunciation, ‘Recommend’ sounds like this: rec (you wrecked your car!) om looks like um (‘um’, excuse me but I am using that fork) connect these two parts with the letter c (cum just like dot com) and keep sounding the ‘m’ and add the sound mend, just like nowadays nobody hardly ever will mend the holes in their socks. Rec com mend =recommend if that doesn’t work, try the pronunciation on a dictionary app. Isn’t this the corniest message ever?! I would want to know how to pronounce it anyway. Good job on this great video!
Can't beat that slow motion chopping. Good deal on the flashlights, also. Keep up the good work!
Cooles Video und sehr schöne draußen Zeit! Alles Gute Lilly!
Good for you following your dream . I was very impressed with your solo camp on Vancouver Island. I would have been worried about the wildlife mainly the grizzly bears. You are a brave girl awesome videos I love them I love the wilderness myself. Keep it up lilly your inspirational.
Another cool video Lilly. Thanks for the tip on how to waterproof boots with Vaseline.
Thanks.
Another great show , thanks Lilly ! 👍
thanks again Lilliy. Much Love.
Hi Lilly, thanks for another nice video. I'm mostly stuck in a lab all day, but watching your cool video gives me
energy to get out more on the weekends and practice some of the things you show, like various methods of starting fires, or improvements to fire pit and camp. Keep up the good work! -Peter
Thank you!
we fish in small river (4meterx4meter) like 20 trout. the best in butter and flour ... quebec, canada
the best fish ever !
Great video Lilly! Love the woodchopping ! :)
I love your camp too!! .it's cool. Wish I had one.i like building cool things like your camp. Built many forts when I was a kid. Underground ones too!😁
Nice video, once again. Very beautiful area you have. I always like seeing you out there at your original camp. You do great. Like the light review. Very cool. A lot of people think that you have sold out to commercialism. You need to pay the bills, kiddo. If they do not understand that, the heck with 'em. Bre, turkey is very lean and full of protein. But, you forgot the cranberry sauce lol. Thanks again, Miss Lilly .
Great to see you back in the woods.
Love your vids and that bug out camp! Thanks for sharing. Those Olights are pretty awesome too
love this one lilly my son and I and our two german shepherd dogs are about to leave on a wild camp you are an insperation
I need to find myself a good spot to start building my own bug out shelter.
Needs to be really out in the woods, where the chance of someone else finding it is slim. Probably somewhere I need to canoe to get to, in a large spot of crown land
maicon alessio
Like your axe technique. Your back will thank you in years to come. Good vid as always.
I have that h1r nova light, have not charged it once over 2 months of almost daily usage. Of course I only used the moonlight function.
Wonderful video once again Lilly! :) Happy trekking to ya, and thanks for sharing. :)
Hi Lilly. I was wondering if you have ever considered living out at your bug-out camp for an extended period of time,(a month or more), and recording the experience to simulate an actual bug-out situation. I know that it would be quite a challenge, but it could also provide a wealth of knowledge for you and your viewers. It could even include excursions into town when necessary for supplies, or scouting for intel, which I think can be a realistic part of bugging-out as long as you incorporate stealth and situational awareness techniques into your movement.
Enjoy your channel. And, noticed the quality of your camera is most excellent. Thank you.
I have an Olight marauder and the quality is over the top.
You can wrap a bungee cord around your wood and make splits and it won't fall apart
Nice to see you fishing It's one of my favorite things to do besides watching you of course. Thanks love Besafe
As always, excellent, of course your Bug-Out camp is most excellent, also, this very helpful video, more importantly how you upkeep and waterproof your boots, cheers!
I always like the way you wake up in the morning..
@9:25 such a satisfying sound 😊
Try a bungee chord around the splitting logs to keep from chasing after the split halves.
As always, thanks for sharing.
Me thinks you could use a saw horse at your camp. That way you won't have to be in an uncomfortable position when bucking up your wood. Your saw strokes will be stronger too by allowing you to keep both hands on your saw.
Thanks for yet another great video, keep them coming!
Holy cow. That's almost half off. Good job Lilly👍👍👊
Nice video Lilly 👌 the beginning with the ducks and fishing scene was particularly peaceful and beautiful to watch.... the lights were magnificent, very handy new products! I was wondering, you seem to visit this area quite a bit, and I do love your bug out camp also👌 Can you actually hike from your home to this area? Such a beautiful place, thanks for sharing! 🖐❤🌏
There is a product called "Snow Seal" that is amazing for leather boots and gloves. Have used it for years and thats how I only have one pair of hiking boots, even in a Canadian winter. (Mind you, the hunt is on for proper winter boots for this year as winter camping requires toasty feet).
