Another great insightful video mate yes its a tough world out there but i love the job and the variety
Kep up the good work 👍👍👍
Quality Glynn! 👏🏻
I noticed i only see half the jobs on my mobile, compared to my laptop. Spoke to CX and they say that’s normal. Find it amazing but now take my laptop to look for work, and use mobile for processing jobs. Try it ??
Double check your settings
Make sure your settings match your alerts
Try that, I did it now they all match so I leave it running in the background and it matches every job now
How much shall I charge per mile for a Luton van?
You have to first find your running costs
If it’s 50p - 80p etc
Then aim for 3x your base cost or 4x
So if it’s 50p charge £2 a mile if that’s not getting much traction after 25/50 approaching customers
Drop it to 3.5x your base cost
Plus if it’s on CX then put your finger in the sky find which way the winds blowing because I’ve seen some awful prices for Luton’s some less then £1.20 a mile which is shocking for the driver to run a full Luton
So many factors to how much to charge
Type of job
Distance
Location
Weight
Consignment
Time
Have a rule set for yourself so you know what your going to charge per what job
@@BrentFord93 got it, thank you for your reply
Thanks keep in touch always looking to learn how much a Luton should cost to run and different types of vans
Maybe we should all follow “The Saintsman” about he always hits target over a grand a week every week with or without his friends down the road running on the CX is a recipe for debt & despair full of chancers & shark shippers
Yeah all about learning
Plenty to go at, just time and putting it together
Yep Saintsman , “ Just around the corner, collection and guess what it delivered to my next door neighbour” Every week he gets lucky, he makes me laugh, every week!,
@gary4683 😂 never noticed to be fair
Brent I wanna star now I have car which is or website or apps I register.?
@user-do3uy4fu8m with a car not really sure to be honest
A car is totally different earnings compared to business to business van
I would search something like
Gopuff
Amazon flex
Uber eats
Etc
Interested to know if your target of £2-£3000 a month is all profit or turnover. Genuinely interested in this as someone who does the cx part time.
Ps Also honest friendly tip. Turn off the wipers when you’re sat talking into the dash camera.
Currently, £2 - £3000 is for turnover
Much more money to be made outside the van
True! I noticed that Aswell 😂 rookie error
