    I swear the people behind me must swear I'm drunk because I spend so much time swerving around potholes....

    An other tip is to stay out of the slow lane, or the lane closes to the curb. The road usually begins braking up along the curb.

    How about the govt fix the damn road instead of spending the tax money on useless shit?

      @@Skyhawk1998 Social Security and medicare dwarf military spending and federal tax income. Also the federal government doesn't fund schools or most roads

      I feel ya bro. These chaps don't know what're real potholes. Here in India we don't drive on potholes, we drive on craters

    those airless tires might be a good defense against pot holes

    Get as tall a sidewall as you can! The low profile/skinny sidewall tires are notoriously vulnerable to potholes! And aluminum/alloy wheels will simply break. No mention at all of technology helping prevent potholes in the video.

    Actually the main reason for pothole in the road is due to burning like tyer wood and also improper drainage systems

    Does it help to over inflate your tires a little bit?

    why western european countries have better roads? do those countries spend more on road maintenance or it has something to do with the weather condition?

    • @vladgeorge7467
      @vladgeorge7467 7 років тому +1

      Nothing better with the weather, Germany and UK for example have a bad weather for asphalt, yet their roads are one of the best in whole Europe. It's just the way they build and maintain things.

      Using more expensive materials to start with, then hiring really good engineers to make sure the base is strong, so cracks won't happen.

      The US and Canada are also larger and thus less dense as nations. Due to that, there is just more road and less income to cover it. Most people in the EU live in cities and villages

    My car fell into a hole leaving a walmart parking lot at night and bent my rear wheel and gashed my rear bumper. Surprisingly didn't pop the tire though.

    I routinely swerve around potholes and people around me almost never do. They must be bots that just don't care about their own car.

    You cant really avoid Pot holes because if a cop saw you swerving they will think its a DUI and pull you over and figure out what wrong. Just recnetly a femail out of cleveland,OH was ticketd for avoiding pot holes. If a cyclist hits a pot hole not only it can damage its bike but it can do bad damage and the rider can get seriously hurt.

      Except when it’s raining, and the pothole is filled with water. Then it just looks like a flat piece of road. Just happened to me last week, blew out a tire and bent a rim. $700 worth of damage.
