Not anymore for DMB! I am 49 years old and ended up front-row-center for 2 of the 3 nights! Best experience ever...so good that I may never go back (after having seen 7 Gorge Amphitheater Concerts with DMB) because I'm pretty certain that I wouldn't make it to the same area ever again...and will be disappointed!
i had a mini heart attack when this started!!! most amazing night ever, and i was in the pit! i wish i could go back to that moment.... like if this were Inception, right now i would be Mal longing to go back to the perfection of that time and totally miserable that i couldn't! lol ok, that's ridiculous! but great video, thanks for sharing :)

Those two voices of Dave and Rashawn is so smooth and purposeful like a silent freight train. "Don't fear the Reaper, take my hand, we're gonna fly. Baby, I'm your man". So he's the Death Angel now? Actually he was singing in perfect pitch (and lead sing as well). Reproducing the original pitch is nearly impossible, even BoC failed ; watch their live 2012 video... so stop hating, this is undoubtedly the best cover of this song ever made..
@dmb41, I can imagine! I was 3rd at the gate when it opened and ran my 35yr old ass as fast as I could but was gassed at the lawn and the pit was still a good run away! Glowsticks was cool to see but throwing them at the band is total disrespect! Ditto on douchbags!
Don’t think Carter has a cowbell on his kit plus it would need to be in the Aux so it would fall under Rashawn I think in this case and don’t see him with one lol.

Yes, because the Caravan tour was GA tickets only. So 26,000 people showed up with the expectation of being on the rail for a DMB show. It was probably the most dangerous show I've ever been at. The whole night had a Lord of the Flies vibe to it. I actually left the pit 2/3 way through their set and watched the rest from the lawn.
Yep, the whole weekend was general admission. We got great spots all three night, but we also was at the gate at 9:30am and they didn't open till 1:30pm...well worth the wait sitting in the sun all day.
