I have HUGE respect for MR.Ty Park!! The mans knowledge and dedication towards all Reptiles and Iguganas in particular is truly inspiring, combined with the fact that he is a very kind and caring man who respects life, the environment and his fellow man to an extent that we all should try to strive towards. Hes got a heart as big as an elephant, and despite his great knowledge he doesnt speak down toward people with less knowledge, he always comes from a space of great humility while at the same time confidence in what he does. He never comes at someone from an ego space and loves to impart his knowledge to others. Long live Ty Park!
Hello Kenan! I am an OG subscriber and really enjoy everything that you do. You should do a tribute video for Fred. He was an awesome dude and a good friend of the kamp. Rest In Peace Fred. 🙏🏼
I got chills Kenan! The excitement of being able to bring this species back from the brink of extinction and put it back on an island it hasn't been on for thousands of years... Way to go Ft. Worth Zoo for putting those iguanas with the best possible person to breed them! Please get a pair to breed too Kenan! You do great with your rhinos! Great!
The iguanas are so different from the other lizards. The expression, the gesturing -- they seem very intelligent. They're not just eating and reacting to things. The funniest, most personable lizards Kenan has are Guapo and Lola. They're always fun to watch!
They are absolutely incredible animals that truly deserve understanding and help in recovery. I love their head bobs! Nice seein you both teaching those of us learning and growing in this lovely herp world. Side note: I am so deeply sorry for loss of your friend Fred. The whole community mourns such a legend and kind man.
@Kamp Kenan Im SO very sorry about the loss of Fred. Thoughts n prayers for all you that were close to him. I loved that man and never met him. Heaven just got another angel.
Awesome project for conservation! I love how knowledgeable Ty and Kenan’s other friends ( Kenan too) are . Even if you aren’t interested in the topic they are discussing, you still walk away learning something new
Ty is the most interesting man in the world 🤘🏻definitely inspiring and absolutely can’t wait to meet him and his wonderful one of a kind collection. And Tom is back to help film👏🏻👏🏻 definitely have a feeling great things are coming
FYI . . . Fred Grunwald passed away 8 days ago November 30th! May he rest in peace! Kenan has done so many shows at Fred's reptile reserve. Always enjoyed those videos!
I don’t understand why no body’s paying tribute to Fred .. Kenan acts like nothing happened. Hell he makes videos when his turtles die but nothing about Fred very disappointed
I love the head bobs 😂 they always make me so happy. Slinky is going with me out to town today after a foot of snow and -4 temps. On my shirt obv. Hahaha Rip. Fred. Im still thinking about him how much we all will miss him. 💔
Amazing Video Kenan, Mr.Ty Park has amazing Talent with these Reptiles. So sorry to hear about your Friend Fred! RIP Condolences to you and all who knew him
Yay, Tom is back! Always a pleasure to see Ty, he is remarkable. I can't wait to visit Iguana Land. That may very well be the most beautiful rock iggy I've ever seen 🥰
What a Beautiful Copper Goddess... and the dedicated humans seeking to reintroduce these Cychlora. Thank you for the lives you lead, for teaching us, and for giving us hope for the future.
Mr. Park, I’m sure you do but you should also feel very honored that the zoo people have faith and trust in you to complete your task your animals are gorgeous I just love him
Hey Kenan, as always love the videos man especially getting to see super special stuff like Ty’s place. However I was hoping that you do something on Fred soon! I know you relationship with him and I hope you and the entire community peace. Thanks Kenan.
When I hear the word iguana I think of Ty for the past 25 years I have kept iguanas and read and watched anything and everything I can find on TY because his love for these animals are unmatched.
@11:10 Whoa! I didn't know or never seen a rock iguana *sneeze* before??!! LOL! Check it out, while Ty holding the male "cyclora" aka rock iguana @11:10
Anegada Iguana's are amazing! I didn't see any when I was at Fort Worth Zoo, but Houston Zoo has a breeding pair, probably on loan from FWZ, lets hope that both the zoos and Ty have some breeding success for this species!
Love the face on the pinguis, something about them just exudes "character" (for lack of a better word). Probably the relative smoothness of the skin coupled with the rather human-looking eyes. Fun fact: the pinguis is considered to be the most basal of all cyclura, meaning that it branched of the evolutionary tree first and all the other species are more closely related to each other than they are to the pinguis.
RIP Fred. So sorry to hear about the loss of that incredible man. I’m assuming that’s why you haven’t posted in the last couple days. Take your time dude.
I am glad you explained the money story. It is easy to look at an enclosure like this and go like, that looks bad, I wonder if the animals are treated well or if they are treaten as badly as the enclosure. But I never considered taking the expenses of making the enclosure pretty and using them for more important stuff like space, husbandry, diet and conservation efforts. An inspiring story and way of thinking.
Conservation at its best, THE BEST people handling this delicate situation includes Ty, who better? That’s awesomeness. They’re gorgeous, another of my grail animals is rock or rhino iguanas
To see the effort being put into husbanding these iguanas gives me encouragement and a deep sense of joy. The Bible says man was put on this planet to care for it and all the things living on it. It's wonderful to see people like you and Ty shouldering the responsibility we've denied for so long.
My heart goes out to all the florida keepers especially you and chandler may fred rest in peace.
Just started the video, Fred died?
Wait what???? Fred died!!!!
So how did Fred pass away I’m heartbroken to hear this news.. and why didn’t Kenan speak about it ? I loved seeing all Fred’s videos
My heart just dropped into my stomach. This is the first I'm hearing of it. Every fiber of my being is hoping it isn't true
Sh*t. Happened 7 days ago. My heart and spirit are with all those impacted by that wonderful, one-of-a-kind man

I love Ty's dedication and passion. I really hope we get a positive update a year or two into the project.
Really looking forward to the update!

Hey Kenan. How come you haven’t talked about Fred? We loved watching him and respected him. RIP Fred.
Why do u expect him to say/do something? Let kenan grieve the way he wants to.
I assume he films on a schedule and isn't 100% up to date. And people just need time to process their loss
Whos Fred?
Sorry I'm new
