Toppings:
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp salt
~1 puff pastry sheet
~1 cup mozzarella cheese, or of choice
For glossy finish:
~ 1 tbsp milk (optional)
