Chops looked really good, good to know about searing with sugar rubs. Had a ricer for years, they make smooth taters. So cool they sent you knives 🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

Pork Chops are hard to nail.... Yours looked very very good. But good point about the heat and the sugar. Would still crush that dish, it looked great.
