The two of you have raised three amazing men. They didn't have to be perfect growing up, that's part of life too. The way y'all handled those incidents is what turned them into the men they are today, and the love & respect they show the two of you is proof. Matt, bless his heart, still today has a God given gift of humor that I love. His interaction with Case is a beautiful thing too. My personal opinion, Case is alot like Matt in so many ways. I love seeing the two of them together too. I feel that every person that watch all of the Doss family's videos love each and every one of you. I know I do.God Bless you all! Stay safe and warm!

My son is 22 years older than my daughter. I gave both every chance to experience every thing they could. FFA, 4H, raising all kinds of animals and modeling. Meeting people of all kinds. Both of my kids can talk to anyone about anything. They both have their own business. I am as proud of my kids as you are of yours

I enjoyed your tour down memory lane. It seems like Kyle and Matt were like my 2 sons were in school, by your description. Even as far as sleeping colic. With my sons, I found that they were allergic to milk, so they needed to have Isomil soy formula. Changing that formula was like night and day! All those trips to the Pediatrician and ER Drs, and I found the solution. Mind you, I had requested the Isomil from the start with Joshua because I knew Aaron needed Isomil too previously. Well Josh ended up with an inguinal hernia and had to have surgery. That was an argument with the ER Dr. too. I took him to a specialist and he confirmed the diagnoses of a hernia. It seems that I went to bat with them constantly. Just as you did for your boys. Doesn't it erk you when common sense seems to be so endangered sometimes? 😊

One Ralph to another: I have 8 years on you, Ralph the Younger. I sympathize with you and all the Doss Family with your struggle in the cold. Here in Dartmouth, NS we are just south of the halfway point between the North Pole and the Equator. (Look us up on a map!) When it snows here between December 15th and March 31st, I go to work with a hand-held computer (bare hands) the size of a cellphone writing Winter Parking Ban Enforcement tickets for vehicles left on the streets during snow events. I have only had one shift so far this winter. It has been too warm to snow, and we are getting rain for the most part. Would you please be so kind as to send us our snow back? I need the money! Your fire looks great. Lee-Anne, I hope I spelled that right, you do an excellent job on the editing. My dear wife of 52 years, (Marjorie) does the editing for our virtual Worship Service so I know it is a big job. I enjoy the "rock and talk banter. When I would get sick with fever, I did the same thing. I would work up a sweat and my fever would go away. I'm with ya Grandpa.
Nice n cozy sitting by the fire ..I love history too.. I think because our family vacations were doing historical type tours , my dad loved history as well so I’ve seen a lot I’m thankful for . I very much enjoyed this ! I hope Grama’s sister is doing good , and most definitely prayers for Grandpa and everyone else in need of prayers.🙏

I work in the medical field and there are a lot of people who still avoid facing stuff. I think going and filming would bring awareness to skin cancer. Living in Florida, it is a huge problem here. I vote to vlog it!!!!

I really enjoyed hearing you talk about your family! Grandma Doss.. I think we are very much alike. I had an issue with a school nurse, I wont repeat what happened, but I went to her and I made myself heard about how she treated my son. Never had a problem afterwards. I had to do that a second time when he got a little older but it was a very serious issue that time and I had him transferred to another school. My middle son sounds like Matt. He was a spitfire and I had to be on my toes. We all have that one child I think. GRANDPA DOSS... you think so much about others and giving prayers which makes you such a wonderful man. BUT you have to think about yourself as well. A big part of being there for others is allowing others to be there for you. I am putting you in my prayers that all goes well.

My husband and I got married Jan 1980. But we have two daughters and we have two granddaughters and one step granddaughter. And this pass year we got blessed with a great granddaughter on 4th of July. It just really surprised me to know we got married the same year as y'all. I love hearing your stories.

Thank you, it was so wonderful listening to all your stories. I absolutely love them all. I think your love story is beautiful, as well as how the family grew. Learning about each and everyone of your sons, and what makes each of them special, was so beautiful. Listening to you talk about your parents, made me think about my mom, who raised us alone, and how we would always seek her advice before any major purchase, because she was so smart & Learning about each grandkid was beautiful. When, I lost my mom to cancer, I felt I was drowning, I didn't know how to cope, but listening to Chad do the videos with Case and Adler, and grandpa, gave me hope, and became my therapy, during such a difficult time. Definitely keep the story time coming, I also love grandmas sweet voice and loving care, it reminds me of happy times with my mother. Thank you,

Love & prayers for all the Dosses & everyone needing prayers. God's got you! ❤🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻♥️ Greetings from frigid Pittsburgh. Tomorrow 10 degrees & lower with wind chill. Oh & snow tomorrow. Schools cancelling & delaying. Blowing snow/snow squalls are dangerous. The dreaded white-outs again & bitter cold with the wind picking up tomorrow morning for the commute. I'm disabled & stay in, but my son walks part of the way to work--waljing across the bridges. Windy at the rivers & bridges; plus they freeze first. We are from rural PA up in the north-central mts. Higher elevations & lake effect snow from Lake Erie. We grew up with -20 & worse wind chills. Schools closed. Roads drifted shut. Now we don't get all the snow storms we used to in the 1970's especially. 1980's, too. Snow & ice blanketed everywhere all winter long. Big snow banks & drifts as high as the eves of our garage. Now it is not like that. Nowhere near the snow amts we dealt with growing up. I grew up on a farm and we had hundreds of bantams. When it was super cold, my Dad & brother coated the roosters combs with vaseline--thick. Some hens, too. They can get permanent damage if their combs start to freeze. Just a tip for you. ❤🙂👍🏻❄️⛄️❄️⛄️❄️

Hi Grandma & Grandpa. Today's video was extra special. Love everything you talked about. We are colder up here in Central Iowa. We have had RealFeel temperatures as low as 30 to 45 below zero since Saturday. Our high temperature today was 1 above zero. The 23rd-28th we will finally get above freezing.

Grandpa and Grandma Doss thank you for sharing your life with everyone! We made it to 3 degrees today with a wind-chill of -15🥶 We're under a wind-chill advisory until tomorrow afternoon with the possibility of getting down to -35 🥶 if the animals are hunkered down they usually know that it's not any weather to be outside in. If it was me I would give them some food wherever they are and get myself in out of the cold weather. I took our ankle biter (Corgi) outside and she does her business and is really to head back inside as soon as she's done. Be safe and stay warm. Good evening Ralph and LeaAnn. I supposedly graduated from high school in 1977 - I say this because I graduated a month earlier with my bachelor’s in nursing. I fully understand LeaAnn saying that she liked school/college because I do too. I actually like it so much that I completed 6 more degrees (7 total), one being a PhD in Psychology. I’m currently working on another PhD; in Old Testament studies. Not that any of it matters - I just love learning. Which has turned into a love of adult education. My happy place is teaching adults-doesn’t matter if it’s a bible study at church or full on public speaking. I adore hearing everyone’s stories. It always shows how much we’re alike, not different. Y’all stay safe, warm, dry, and have a truly blessed day!
