- How Jaw Crusher Manufacturing In Industry | Jaw Crusher Machining & Bearing Size On Lathe Machine
TR jaw crushers have the ability to successfully break all types of whole rock and ore, including the hardest substances and recyclables. They are the best crushing machine for both primary and full-scale crushing.
Gotta love the way their precision machines are moved with chain hoist, and just beat the hell out of the ball bearings. Incredible!
That chain hoist is the only thing that really works well in every one of the videos.
I really luv the way they do precision setups: measure with a yard stick and cut it with an axe!!
I’ll give those bearings a couple of weeks at most!
Gotta love all the beating on the go/no go gauge.
@@tomrogers9467 Если они попадут к квалифицированному рабочему ,он начнёт их менять сразу (по звуку) 😃
49:55 As an engineer at SKF, I need a theraphy after watching this
We feel your pain.
I taught the same thing, the price of those bearings, and getting a propper beating with sledge hammers
LOL slap on a MA rating for graphic manufacturing violence .
this explains the failures of their equipment
I’ve heard “ how its made, Pakistani” got banned due to the graphic nature of the content.
No flip flops were injured in the making of this video.
This is the pinnacle of machining accuracy! I am amazed that they aren't forced to replace the entire workforce every day!
...brilliant comment .
@@phoneblasterpool
There are countless parts where a few thousandth one way or another just doesn't matter. To pay someone to machine it to any real precision is a waist. That's why India, Pakistan, and a few other places are loaded with these small forges. They can make this crusher jaw for probably 1/10th what a western country could. Most machinery you use has parts made in a place just like this. I believe Mahindra tractors come from this part of the world.

Most people don't even realize they are using a lathe as a line boring Mill very innovative very well done where there's a will there's a way.
after all, 500 years back, a dial gauge is a piece of steel wire .. bearing tolerances = two men with a sledgehammer .. .i
This was how it was done earlier in the developed West.
Great craftsmanship. A beauty to behold. And the battering ram.
I love watching how they do a job and then finding Curtis doing the job right ( cutting edge engeneering Australia)
Yeah, but you get what you pay for and in this country they pay shit.
Could you imagine what these guys would think if they got a quality line boring like a C|imax.
You mean Curtis, the guy surrounded with big machine tool "toys" in a large industrial shed pretending that him and his dog do all the work by themselves. (you've obviously never been anywhere near a machine shop if you believe that fantasy)
I going over there to be a hammer salesman. I'll be set for life.
@@jackb8682 - no, he means Kurtis who does do it all by himself.
Impressive! They definitely make the best of everything to get the job done!
They need mere safety gear though!👍
...nah , the lads probably bring their own safety clothing with them but the company manager confiscates them till they leave the premises . lol
The giant battering ram near the end of the video left me speechless.😲
The giant battering ram was priceless. This whole video was beyond brutal.
If it don't go get a bigger hammer!
amazing!! i m professional design rock crusher plann but i have to say you guys are amazing
I just learned a new use for my gas torch here. See 46:30, you can blow out holes to be tapped. You got to be kidding!
The holes were drilled then cleaned out with a water jet.
Gotta love sandals while pouring molten metal a lifting very heavy objects. Would love to know how many ex employs are missing toes or all toes maybe even feet?
I would imagine these videos are heavily edited to avoid showing missing fingers and toes.

So the most dangerous factory in the world...
Thanks for all of the workers . I wish for them blessings from Allah and his mercy for protecting everyone of them.
It was one glove at 55:30 😁 only one per video!
@@bek2074 I was acting as safety officer for long time in one factory and there was panalty to any worker neglected wearing any of safety gears.
So there was almost the least of accedents happened due to strict application of wearing safety gears while working.
That is a very difficult work environment, very physical and hot. Not very much safety and protective gear for the boys. Great job making it look easy, even though it’s is rough. Thanks.
They decided to work there. Some of them are using the mobile phone non-stop so they could watch videos about others who do the similar work but in the right way.
Need a sign " Caveman machine and fabrication "
Stone Age metal working at its best 👍
Without precise measuring tools, using only tentacles, I admire, great work worth several hundred thousand dollars, congratulations on skills, great professionals. We in Europe have computer machines, but we have slip-ups. Congratulations.👍
with all due respect, sure they have limited resources, but no one knows how bad those parts are in reality,
I machine similar parts every day (in Canada) and I tell you that there is no way those parts are into spec. being measured as they are... But the effort put into making them is tremendous and pleased to watch.
As the official safety officer for works, I have to approve of the safety dress and safety sandals of the people working here. You will notice on the walls they have fire blankets and extinguishers of every kind. I like the no smoking rule, above all.
Safety first🤔.
At least they stop the machines to remove the chips!
incredible works big bravo to all my bros & regards from morocco
I am always rolling my bearings in the dirt, they fit better

I've done a bit machining in my day
And this would have been a good job !
Well done fellas !
Interesting process. I would have liked to see the end product in use
Rock crusher called jaw press
No room for error with these guys. A 3ft steel rule and a set of calipers no less
Gotta get those close tolerance's 🤣🤣🤣
We tease but if you brought that guy to a modern shop he would probably be a top producer.
Bu tornacı işi değil başka bir denge gez göz arpacık nişan almak gibi bir şey tebrik etmek lazım
Amazing 👏 job when you consider how is is done in a so called modern factory
It's rare to see an inground mould. That's the way to do it with a foundry this small. When you don't have a foundry large enough you make due with what you have. It would be nice too see the company owner giving more care to their employees' safety. That's an issue with employers the world over.
The cutting torch is the most precision thing I have seen so far.
Obviously safety is job #1. There is an old shut down gold mine in Grass Valley, California that had a huge sign hanging up in the office. It said "Number of days without an accident." It was numbered from 1 to 7.
With what Resources they have it's Absolutely Amazing how well all machining came 2gether Perfectly !

THESE are the kind of immigrants we need in this country.
they work for own people. not for corps
They have to do things this way because it is almost impossible to get replacement parts shipped back to the 7th. century. 😶
I'm fascinated how they work in slippers.
For those of you criticizing the methods and precision here, considering the duty this part will see, I'm betting the construction and tolerances of this part will be more than adequate, and it will cost half what it would have been, if produced in one of your high tech, highly regulated, union driven, modern factories. After all, we're not talking about turbofan airfraft engines here. This attitude is why we no longer produce these things here, and these people probably are among the best paid in their society. They'll gladly take our money, and we'll gripe that we no longer have heavy industry jobs here.
I'm not criticizing shit here, but it behooves me to ask: how many people have been seriously burned, or lost an eye or two, or half their foot? How many suffer failing health for the rest of their life so that your cheap technology can make a profit for someone?
Assalamu alaikum sare bhaiyo ko .aap logo ki mehnat ko mera salam.allah aap logo ko salamat rakhen.khuda hafeej.
Good to see they are wearing their safety sandals
OSHA would have a field day.
Oh my. These men are putting ALOT of faith in that tiny chain.
No hearing, no protection whatsoever.
Incomprehensible, but quite believable: I saw a great deal of unfinished materials on the ground, likely not usable, so it sits.Fitting up 'BIG $$$' bearings with sledge hammers and battering rams is about as 'cave-man' as you get. They got the job done though.I wonder what they could do with tools and conditions that weren't so primitive.
Восхищаюсь этими ребятами! Инструмент из каменного века, но работу свою делают хорошо!
One one hand, I am amazed at the skills of these workers. But on the other hand, I am surprised they were able to fit those bearings with such crude measuring instruments.
Per crude instruments, when it starts working, a phone call will be made trying to reach you on your extended warranty.
Just because a instrument is crude doesn't mean it can't be accurate. A string and a rock will give you a perfect vertical line. That said anything made in these west Asian forges is not going to be accurate to a half thou.
О, эти бесстрашные металлурги в защитных шлёпках!)))
Hard working 💪people. Take care 🙂
At least they have their safety gloves. Every day at work is an adventure!
27:27 You have gotta love that honing job!
@ 23:51 you can see how bad the base material is.
I just got to 30:30 and the top is full of inclusions from all the slag floating up to the top half of the mould.😬
Hammer tolerance bearing fit.
Amazing work being done. The best part is the fire in the bearings, the hammering on the bearings with heavy hammers and, for dessert, the attack on the shaft with a battering ram...
Yes and you must be a utter moron.
@@user-wo6fv5gh1d 😂😂😂😂
Because the main bearings are worn out on the lathe faceplate this operator must be somewhat skilled to do this work.
They really must grease them bearings but they never do. I've watched other videos and they all leave the bearings dry. How long will the machine last with dry bearings?
They get greased up at final assembly.
Second wife was the same way. Smh
After they rolled them over the DIRT floor

How do you oil the roller bearings while on service?

Jesus. Can you imagine the damage to the bearing races when they use the precision 'battering ram' at the end. Modern manufacturing would use a hydraulic press.
It can’t get any more 5th century BEFORE CHRIST. Ancient Egypt? Wonder how often they catch their dresses on fire? Utterly fricking amazing how they can get it done using this antiquated tools. Gotta give them credit for making it happen.

I do have to give them credit for making their casting. Making huge steel castings is not easy. The safety is frightening, but the resulting casting was impressive. The machining and assembly - not so much...
It's a massive rock crusher, too tight and it would likely bind up. I'm sure the work is good nuff for the application.

To hear them talk, they have been doing those jobs for 30 to 40 years. they are so used to them, they don't need safety gear. Besides they couldn't afford it anyway. They make about the equivalent of $200 per month. (Two hundred)!!
