- Ingredients for cupcake:
- 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp strawberry jam
- 1/3 cup Baileys Strawberries & Cream liqueur
- 1 drop red food dye
Ingredients for strawberry jam:
- 1 cup strawberry puree
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tbsp water
Ingredients for whipped cream:
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 tbsp Hershey's white chocolate pudding mix
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1/3 cup Baileys Strawberries & Cream liqueur
- 3 tbsp strawberry jam
- drop of red food dye
Ingredients for cheesecake filling:
- 4 oz cream cheese, room temp
- 1/2 cup powder sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup diced strawberries

Hi, yes it should still taste good without the baileys. Not Boozy, that's all lol. The cheesecake filling will make it satisfying

I dont have hersey white choco pudding mix in my country. Can u recommend substitute?
Any pudding mix would do but if your country doesn't have it, I am not sure what is an equal replacement unfortunately. There are recipes that uses gelatin to stabalize, which seems go be more readily available in most countries.
What is the temperature in the oven for the cupcakes and how long do they stay in the oven?
350 degrees Fahrenheit for 16-18 min
how did you keep your strawberries on the frosting from weeping?
They haven't actually been an issue, as long as they were dry before I placed them on. I usually have been eaten within 24hrs
