Strawberry Crunch Cheesecake Chocolate Covered Strawberries

This is one of the best desserts to serve, especially with Valentine's Day approaching us!
White chocolate covered strawberries with strawberry crunch crumbles and a cheesecake fillings! Yes, how good does that sounds?!

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 to 2 dozen strawberries
- 1 1/2 cup white chocolate melts
- 1 box of 3.5 oz vanilla pudding mix
- 1 box of 3 oz strawberry jello mix
- 1 cup of all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, room temperature
- 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Recipe makes approximately 1.5 dozens of medium-large size strawberries for me.

You can do the white part of the crumble with crushed golden oreos too. Tastes so much better

Hi what kind of white chocolate did u use?
Chocolate melts. I can't remember the brand but you can get them from the baking section at Walmart, Joanne's, most grocery stores. They are round.
my jello didn't get hard
