    All respect to Bro. Dorsey. But. Why it seems on this song he is VERY laid back? Have you heard the Precious Lord rendition? I am just learning him right now and playing note for note for practice. Even in the beginning i wasn't sure if he was finding the key or not.

      It was his style. He came from a blues background with a bounce. What we have and know as gospel playing these days with all its improv and borrowed elements from so many other genres would be foreign to him. But he was still the originator.
