Look at God. Through this man's pain and dark times, God has blessed many through the invention of Gospel music. Precious Lord has saved so many lives and lifted so many hearts, but it was born in despair. I hope that it encourages someone going through difficulty. This time of pain and despair is not for nothing. God is birthing something better in you for the upbuilding of His kingdom. Be blessed!

This man contributed more to American music than he gets credit for. All those Motown cats like Otis Redding, Aretha Franklin, Smokey Robinson, ect. They were all trained by him when they were kids at his singing summer camp.

For salvation, we just need to follow the way they did it in Acts? They were baptized in water for the removal of sins and filled with the Holy Ghost. Acts 2:38! Here's why! The gospel is the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ. 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. If we are to follow him, we must do the same thing. Death= repentance, Burial = baptism, and resurrection = being filled and rising again from the dead and walking in the newness of life. That's what Acts 2:38 is.
