Yo maybe its very personal but I thought it might be important to share because a lot of young guys are watching this. Me and my wife tried to have a baby with no success for almost 2 years. I checked everything about my body, I had low sperm count but testosterone was pretty normal (430 ng/dl). I was drinking 1 energy drink a day in average as a preworkout and doc told me to try getting rid of that habit to see if it will have any impact on my results. My sperm count came back to normal after some time and my wife is pregnant now 🙂
