Look like a cool starting machine to get used to lazering I had one years ago but would only just cut through a single sheet of paper how things have changed ,great video by the way
You’re not the first person to say that. I always check the video on the pc when editing and again on my phone and always sounds good to me. Maybe I’ve got really sensitive hearing 🤷🏻♂️ I’ll have to edit it louder than I think needed on my next video 👍🏻
@@MARCAM If you think it's loud enough, methinks you must have some bat genes! ;-) Jokes aside and not knowing what editing s/w you're using, there should be some VU meter type of thingy, and maybe a 'normalise' function for the audio track in most of them. Look after these sponsored videos! ;-)
@zpinkLondonBelow 😂 yeah the dodgy Welsh accent isn’t the best. My editing skills are not the best, especially with audio. I should really look into it at some point
@@MARCAM I lived in Wales for 10 years or so, just a mile over the border, but still in Wales, so it's not the accent. hahaha I guessed it wasn't your favourite thing to do, hence I hinted that there may be a 'normalise'. Which is basically lifting the loudest peak to 0dB. Of course, if there are many such peaks, the UA-cam or any other algorithms will punish you by lowering the volume, but that shouldn't be the case with a video like this. You can aim at having the peaks at -1dB or so, one would imagine....
@zpinkLondonBelow greatest country on earth 😜 I usually just use a plug-in built into the editing software and allow it to adjust the audio automatically. I’ll have to look into the normalising of it all. Spent a fair bit of money on a good mic so the least I can do 👌🏻
You would need some sort of extraction fan and hose to suck all the smoke and fumes. Probably not ideal to have in a bedroom but the machine won’t be used when you’re sleeping so as long as the fumes have been exhausted outside you might just have to put up with your room smelling of burnt wood for a while.
Thanks for the giveaway review, hope you do more. :) Could you make a video at some point about the sort of money you can make and ideas about what to make from using tools like this engraver, and/or any free software that are useful too? How to use it? Thanks
No worries :) And you must be a mind reader because I am literally making that exact video now 😂 Should hopefully be edited and up in the next week or so 👍🏻
Not the only one to mention this 😅 I really need to check the mic settings along with the plugin settings I use to adjust the audio. Sounds fine to me but probably because I know what I’m saying 😅
Thanks. Looks like a great unit. 🤞 Fingers crossed for sure!
Hello from across the Irish Sea, I really enjoyed the videos and your content!
Very nice unit. Engraving on wood and others materials seems easy.
I've been thinking of getting starting with lasering. This looks like an awesome laser to learn on.
It does look like an absolute steal. Can't think of a better way to dip your toes in to laser engraving or cutting.
Thanks for the information, I'm new to this so fingers crossed 🤞
Good luck with it all. Just keep at it! 👍🏻
@@MARCAM I've not bought a machine yet. I was looking at the Atomstack A10, but this one looks good value on what you've said about it.
I just started using a laser at a local maker shop. This one looks very capable for small projects!
Looks very nice. Should be a great laser.
Looks great

I love this video! What a great laser! I've been looking to get into the hobby and this looks like to perfect laser to get started with.
very nice laser !!!
That looks like a cool machine
Very nice!
Way better than my cheap 50 dollar Facebook special
Sometimes the cheap Facebook bargains are the best mind 😉
Very nice.
Some really cool engravings at the end there!
I really struggled to hear what you're saying though, even after raising the volume!

I am a Bamboo Artist. I would love to work with this laser engraver and also review it with my art projects. Hope I win this.
Sir does this work similar to Co2 laser machine. Pls guide..
Question, how would one deal with the fumes coming of the laser? I suppose it would not be a smart idea to put this in my bed room.

don't know if i'm only one but even with volume turned up to max i had a really hard time hearing what you was saying. otherwise cool laser kit.

I hate lasers!
