Outstanding job, once again, Ben! Dark is the key word here. You certainly hit that theme in just the right tone. Although there are so many highlights, I think the lighting is the standout feature. I'll watch it again later, like I do all your videos, to catch what I might have missed the first time. Big thumbs up from Switzerland. 🍁👍
Thanks Andrew! If you pay close attention you can see that I started with a very warm light and it didn't fit so I killed the orange one and just kept the white. 😂
Fantastic build Ben! All of the textures you get across in your builds is what makes them so fascinating. As you mentioned in one part, the texture on the inside wall of the bunker brings that part to life. I love the very end of the video, bringing happiness and warmth to a perfectly ominous and disturbing build.
Thanks Jim! Don't tell anyone I make everything textured so it paints itself 🤫 seriously though, texture brings more realism than I can with a brush. the clip at the end was too cute not to include as a little easter egg for those that watch to the very end. Merry Christmas 🎄🎅
Really great work on this diorama. Love the bunker, great texture on that. And everything else also looks really amazing. Haven't seen the series. Great work as always.
The texture of the bunker is probably my favorite part of the build. I was surprised how well it came out and I didn't want to screw it up in later steps 😂
I wanted to watch this to sleep because the voice is soooo nice. But it was way too interesting. I guess I’ll watch it a second time and hope I can fall asleep now 😂
Didn't get to catch this one when it came out. I'm glad I finally got to see it. I didn't see any mistakes, other than the ones you pointed out, but even then they're mostly just learning moments. You never know what odd thing you try becomes the next best practice for modellers. Great work!
Your attention to detail is really something else❣️ This was fun to watch and the end result looks very spooky and realistic. Then end is too cute❣️🤩 Great job❣️👍🏻
Those bricks and that tree look amazing! So good. The hinged door is also top tier. I am going to have to watch Dark when I find some time. Merry Christmas, B. Excellent work man!
I can’t usually do scary shows because I’m such a chicken but I have to say your diorama piqued my interest in this one! I do love a good dark mystery.
I wouldn't call it a scary show. It's mystery/suspense/scifi with loads of human drama sprinkled in. It's just not kid friendly at all. I'd say give it a go 🤷🏼♂️
114th thumbs up brother Ben definitely interesting model and I'm definitely going too watch this series now and thanks for recommending it and have a great week brother and Merry Christmas brother and family 👍🤠👊🎄🎅⛄💯
Mistake - no figurine (in a yellow windbreaker for example :) ) Absolutely cool and amazing. I loved the tree! (The bunker could have been more "metalic"????) Caught cold, so no Chrismas for me. Just cuddle with my bf in bed. And we WILL watch Dark (whether he likes it or not :D) Best best best wishes to you, Ben. And your loved ones.
Good point on the bunker door. I hadn't even thought of making it more metallic. I got sick too. I caught some kind of stomach bug and was sick all night over Christmas Eve and all day Christmas. It's getting better now but definitely not a fun way to spend the holiday 😕 Feel better and Merry Christmas to you too!
When I grow up I wanna be as good at scratch building with styrene as BP Custom Creations!
I'm not that old 😂
Wow the level of scratch building on that door alone is s-tier stuff.
Thanks Knarb! Styrene still feels like magic when you weld it all together.
Great build! The bunker entrance hits the environements perfectly!
Thank you! It worked out somehow 😂
My wife watched this show, your diorama really nails the vibe, and the tree looks great. Looking forward to more sweet builds like this.
Thanks! More in the works 👍
Love builds with lighting, it looks perfect
Thanks 👍
I've been kinda lazy with not using lights but now that I've opened the can of worms...

Very nice. Really good job, with the weathering. Also, the soils are super nice
Thnak you kindly 😁👍
Great vid, very cool!! 👍👍
Thank you! I learned so much on this one too
@@BPCustomCreations Nice!
Love it! From the bunker to the tree, it's all awesome!!! Nice work! Dark was awesome!
Thank you! I love the show 👍👍
Great build. Thank you for suggesting both shows. I’ll definitely be watching
Thank you!
this diorama is amazing!!!!
Thank you! 😁👍
@@BPCustomCreations you are welcome 😊

Another fine BP Custom Creations production, as expected.
Keep on creating!
Thanks buddy 😁👍
Great work just like the show great details on the door. I look forward to seeing what the version of this looks like by you 33 years from now :)
I've already had this conversation and I know what you do next. Again and again.
Really liking these dioramas. Very inspiring.
Awesome! Thank you 😁👍
Awesome 👍😎
Cheers Dane! It is a great one to have complete 👍

I'm glad to hear it! I hope you can sleep with the weird sounds 😂
@@BPCustomCreations I might have watched three times. But ended up falling asleep! Your voice is way too nice
very nicely done, I loved watching this on Netflix and what a twized story, thanks for the diorama loved it.
It's a really good show and I think it needs to be rewatched to appreciate it fully. If I only had the time... 😅
Outstanding job!! Watched twice, the second time taking notes for some dioramas I'm working on right now.
Thank you! We all inspire each other 👍👍

That's a very good point! The biggest mistake was using mdf for the base as the entire thing warped and bowed after adding a bunch of glue to the top
Solid work Ben!
It looks good but I still don't know if it's completely dry 🤣
Your attention to detail is really something else❣️ This was fun to watch and the end result looks very spooky and realistic. Then end is too cute❣️🤩 Great job❣️👍🏻

Thanks T-Nu! I have your Christmas video queued up for later today too! Can't wait 👍👍
Merry Christmas to you and your family 👋
Thanks for watching! Merry Christmas to you too, BP.
Show!!! 👏👏
Beautiful work brother
Thank you!

Excelente video. Me gusta el diorama: simple, pero efectivo.
Qué pegamento usas?
Gracias! The glue is Tamiya extra thin plastic cement for the styrene and PVA and super glue for everything else
@@BPCustomCreations GRACIAS!
Time to go nuts, coconuts!😆

Thanks Tony! Merry Christmas to you too!
Another great video. Did I miss how you made those tiny hinges?
I made them off camera but they are just some metal tubes with tiny paper clip pieces for the pins.
Mistake - no figurine (in a yellow windbreaker for example :) )

What glue do you youse
The glue for the plastic is Tamiya extra thin plastic cement and everything else is just either PVA or super glue.
I'll never understand why people find in that show
the plot is so "phonecalled"...1899 was even worst in that matter...meh, tastes..
Hmm. I enjoyed the show a lot but I think anything with time travel can be polarizing.
