Took out of town friends to that restaurant a few years ago. It was a wonderful dining experience. Glad no one was hurt. Upper floor residents were fortunate to get out.
It’s not like the White House kitchen where everything have to be spick & span….. employee workers don’t give a sh** about anything except putting in their hours & get a paycheck. There is no accidental fire, it’s something waiting to happen & it did…. So who’s to blame when no one checks. Running a restaurant is easy, but keep it running successfully is hard.
@@wanderingintheabyss The fact that the fire climbed from the first floor to the fourth floor tells me it was not clean not even close caked with grease all the way up.
That is unfortunate. I hope that they make a full recovery . I am glad to hear that the fire was rapidly put out and the sprinklers functioned as intended .

It's an all you can eat meat place. I'm sure they clean it all the time, but it's got to be a lot to keep up with.
