I'm interested in the private lender who is willing to help a homeowner. I always thought that they lend to investors and/ or people in business. I'd love to be introduced to a few of those lenders.

I’ve watched a million videos of people selling and giving tips, but I could never connect with the way people do it. It always feels scripted or deceitful or tactical… but the way you speak with people just resonates so deeply with me. I find myself saying things the way you do and thinking “how would Pace react to this?”

1. Hello are you the owner
2. Are you open to an offer
3. And if the answer is no they be like alright thanks for your time and hang up .
This approach will always equal a zero deal. Pace is exactly right. We can't be listening to everyone on social media when it comes to real estate.

As far as the deal(s), somehow incorporating that trailer park some way maybe fix it up for her a little maybe get a vested interest in it, so she has a better retirement nest egg! And maybe offer her or ask if she would like to join the community at some level! Other than that it was amazing to watch you speak to her absolutely awesome!

Biggest take aways she mentioned her sister’s house in the first call. Which I thought you were going to leverage that. But you forgot about it. Also when someone says they’ve had family deaths take a moment to acknowledge their pain. You can clearly hear it in her voice. A I’m sorry for your losses or my condolences then move on. There were a few others. On the positive side I liked how you let her know we are here to strategize and solve problems. Over good call thanks for sharing
