Silly question, but if you plug a mono cable into an input, it sends that signal to both channels, right? Or is it strictly stereo only?

It will send to both channels if you plug into the 'Mono' labelled sockets on Channel 1 and 5, but the rest are expecting stereo minijack TRS! So they will work but you'll only hear the sound in one side if sending a mono signal into 2, 3, 4.
