Not true at all I don’t use the iPhone because it’s a status thing. Im so over this bickering and fighting over which is better. Just use what you like and what fits your life. I use the iPhone right now because that’s what most of my family uses and we all use FaceTime a lot and some of my family members are older and don’t like using other third-party apps. iOS drives me crazy sometimes with some things but I can’t do anything about that. I would love to pick up the 24 ultra but my budget doesn’t allow it.. one of my favorite things about Apple though is AppleCare it’s just so simple and if I have an issue with my device it will be taken care of right away. I prefer android for sure and miss my pixel 8 pro but unfortunately got hurt at work and lost my income.

Usually the only area that the iPhone is constantly on top is smoothness. It's generally smooth all the time. The 23 ultra was a huge step up in terms of lag, scrolling etc. and could match iPhone 90 percent of the time. But iPhone always just tipped it. Enter the s24 ultra. IV had it a couple of days now and I know it's early to be saying. But on first impression it is as smooth as iPhone , if not smoother as it's slightly faster and better animations. As far as everything else goes it's leaving my iPhone 15 pro max in the dust. It's just a gen better in absolutely everything. The iPhone does NOTHING better than the s24 ultra. I use iPhone, ipad, Mac etc etc. And I love apple products. But they really are lagging now. Apple tries to blindside us every gen with the fastest chip etc. but ask yourself this. What does that achieve? In reality nothing. Ok you may get a few seconds better timing on a 10 minute video render etc. but so what? You're paying way more. Every day to day stuff android is embarrassing iPhone. And look at that notch on the iPhone. Yet pixel has developed software that makes their face id as secure, if not more so than iPhone. And all from a pin hole of a camera. All it needs is an infrared to be added which was on one of the other pixels. Yet Apple keeps providing screens with chunks missing! Would you buy a TV with a notch? NO. APPLE is absolutely taking the pi&& out of us.

Small phone side ok Larg phone in display ok. U need more hand area to hold the phone and thumb is free. Its easy to unlock with one hand you cannot re align big phone with one hand.
Coming from an iPhone 15 Pro Max just got the Orange Titanium. I've been back and forth with ios and Android with the Fold being the last one which lasted 12 hours. Never tried the S line of phones. I did have the Notes back in the day which were exceptional for what they offered, but this S24 Ultra that I hold in my hand is a legendary piece of tech. Infact I'm pretty confident saying that I am done with iPhone completely. I absolutely love this device!
The only thing I will say at least for music on my iPhone 13 you can download music right off safari/mobile internet not sure if people know you can do that now but before you could only do that with android. Either way I still prefer my Samsungs and pixels.

A great video, Jeff. I have no hate for Apple, i just dont like IOS. My wife has the iPhone 13 Pro Max and i play with it all tge time. I own the S21 Ultra 5G. No comparison. The customization and awesome features i have on my smartphone beat Apple. I use the S-Pen Pro on my S21 Ultra, thanks to Jeff opening all of our eyes to the Samsung ecosystem its so nice owning a powerful flagsship device.

I have the S24 Ultra. I've been using it for a couple of days, but I'm still on the fence about going back to my iPhone. Please explain to me what I'm doing wrong. Why is it that every app and the overall operating system seem so much less responsive than iOS? Am I doing something wrong?
I have a question about Samsung Cloud, how does it work nowadays? With Apple I got my photos, backup, settings etc. in iCloud. With Samsung I have my photos on Onedrive (which I need a subscription for at microsoft), my settings, agenda, samsung pass etc. is in Samsung Cloud... Do I need a subscription for this? And then there's apps like WhatsApp which writes a backup on Google Drive. I feel like I need 3 different cloud storages to have my galaxy fully back-upped. Does anyone know how this works on a Galaxy Device?
Why cant appreciate both platform brings to the table instead trashing a company. Believe it or not both companies need each other to do well. I have never use any apple products but i dont have anything to say about them because i dont buy them. If iphone works best for you then thats great. If Samsung Google xiomi Motorola work for you then that great also.

My note 10+ broke, and i switched to a secondhand pixel 7 pro. I really wish i had just got another samsung, and i think i will grab this s24 ultra in a few years as the price drops, seeing the new 7 year of updates they have for it.
I technically have both phones, just i am waiting for my ultra 24 which is due for tomorrow. Not really a fan of iphone & hardly ever had an iphone, the 15pro max is technically the first time I've got an iphone. Happy to see the 24ultra tomorrow
Can you possibly do a video on how one may be able to receive the actual size files for images/videos and things such as that between an iPhone and S24 Ultra? I really want to switch and tried the S22 Ultra, but I couldn’t get over the differences in the messaging between the two as there was nothing smooth about it! All of the doctors I work with use IPhones and when I had the S22 Ultra, their images and messages either didn’t always come in, or the images were trash and small. Please help 🙂
You mentioned reverse wireless charging. Thats a convenient feature to have but yet it does not support qi2 wireless charging..... while iphones from 13 onwards have gotten their ios update to add support for it.... I am sure most users will be using wireless charging to charge their phones more than use their phones as a power bank and charge other devices in the least efficient way....

So I just ordered an iPhone 15+ . I was torn between this and the S24. Ive been with iPhone since the beginning and have iPad and MacBook, etc. I am a Samsung fan and really wanted the S24 figured I should stick with apple. I don't care who has the best camera. Every flagship smartphone takes super pictures and video's. 97% of all smartphone users don't even see the differences. I'm a SMARTPHONE user so I want the best of : usablility and productivity options, gaming- and multi-media experience, personalization options and innovation. I want DEX, KNOX, S-PEN, call recording, multi-tasking, multi-window, fingerprint scanner, best screen, widgets, themes, integration with windows, the biggest eco-system (Samsung SmartThings), fast charging, fast wireless charging and I want AI. On all these aspects the S24 Ultra is destroying the iphone 15 PM big time. So why keep people buying these antiquated, restricted and very very limited iphones?

Comparing iPhone and Samsung is like comparing apples and pears, if you forgive the pun. The iPhone users only stick with it due to the "sunk cost" fallacy. They bought all the apple approved cables and peripherals and invested/wasted so much money on them that using a different phone would render their investments absolete.
iPhones in the UK are a status thing then again people today do not have a mind of their own especially youngsters. At one time everyone had to have a blackberry now it has to be an iPhone because all their friends have them heaven forbid they have something different. If suddenly Samsung became the best thing they would all be having an android device. I have owned both android and iOS it’s personal preference there are pros and cons with both of them. Have whatever you choose to have but don’t slate peoples opinions they are both great flagship phones can’t go wrong with either.

I use both they both are great even tho thr s24 ultra is better the apple watch ultra blows any samsung watch out the water when samsung brings a smartwatch with no lag and bettet battery and accuracy then i would switch to samsung and dont say they are better i ised every samsung warch including wsrch 5 pro and 6 classic
I like the Samsung watch but I can see why people say the Apple one is overall smoother etc. luckily I can care less since I don’t care for the watches

I had iphone 15 pro max, great phone, the best cameras, good software but i sold it, it is boring, you can do so much more with a samsung phone. Also by video you can pauze, with iphone not

I want DEX, KNOX, S-PEN, call recording, multi-tasking, multi-window, fingerprint scanner, best screen, widgets, themes, integration with windows, the biggest eco-system (Samsung SmartThings), fast charging, fast wireless charging and I want AI.
On all these aspects the S24 Ultra is destroying the iphone 15 PM big time. So why keep people buying these antiquated, restricted and very very limited iphones?

@@jspring86 better stabilizing, better low light. Shutter speed. Better video taking . Those are my Key areas and Samsung doesn’t hold a candle to iPhone in that regard . The proof is right here in my hands the s24 ultra and my iPhone 15 pm . 🤷🏻♂️ I do t know why people would buy a Samsung for having a Stellar camera anyways . My needs aren’t met by Samsung as far as quality goes from the camera . My job depends on detailed shots that the iPhone just does better for me .

Comparing iPhone and Samsung is like comparing apples and pears, if you forgive the pun. I can’t imagine there are many people deciding whether to get an iPhone 15 pro or a galaxy S24 ultra. iPhone users tend to stay with Apple and vice versa. A better video will be comparing the S24 to other Snap dragon gen 3 phones, as most people will be deciding between this phone and the other android competitors. This Apple v Samsung thing is just boring now 🥱

Thanks for the video. I am so glad that you pointed out the this phone has a Text call, which allows bixby to answer the call for you, similar to googles version. How similar is it to googles (does it screen the call etc, and is it carrier dependent for it to work.

Sideloading has been another great feature of Android vs iPhone forever too!
iPhones in the UK are a status thing then again people today do not have a mind of their own especially youngsters. At one time everyone had to have a blackberry now it has to be an iPhone because all their friends have them heaven forbid they have something different. If suddenly Samsung became the best thing they would all be having an android device. I have owned both android and iOS it’s personal preference there are pros and cons with both of them. Have whatever you choose to have but don’t slate peoples opinions they are both great flagship phones can’t go wrong with either.

I think for many it comes down to our other tech gadgets like I pads hoping they play well with one another. Wanted the iPhone 15 but ended buying the Samsung just because it was a much better deal with Verizon
