Ingredients:
600 ml 2.5 cup milk
60 g cornstarch +1/4 cup water
50 g sugar
2 slices cheese-optional
20g coconut flakes
pistacio-decoration-optional
Procedure:
In pan pour the milk, follow the sugar and stir once the sugar fully dissolve you can add the cornstarch and let it boil for sometimes. Once it boil add the slices of cheese and continue to stir to get not stick and burn..Once you notice a double size or thick consistency remoce from the heat and pour to the silicon or any of your prepared mold in your kitchen. Let it cool completely and keep in fridge for 1-2 hours until set and firm.
Remove from mold. Place in plate and sprinkle with coconut flakes with the toppings of pistachio nuts as optional.Enjoy your dessert!
