i tried this and mashed up my smooth looking solid bunch of cocoa butter

I work in boots and a customer came in today and said theres a advert on TV about this. Since I dont have a TV and have never seen palmers solid block lotion I was dubious - but if she comes back or other customers ask - Ill know what to tell them - thank you

I fancy this for holidays, have u used it in a hot county, will it melt or stay solid, even my vaseline melts lol X
It will get a bit softer but Ive never had mine turn to liquid or anything and we hit the 90s here most of the summer.

@@PalmersUKOfficial hey. I bought the new 9.5 Oz cream in a jar and I can't tell if it's fake or original. The jar is detachable. The cream was put in a plain white jar which was then put into the labelled Palmer's jar. Also the barcode doesn't work

So its supposed to be as hard as soap? I was about to take this mess back and get a refund lol.
It's firm, but will soften as you put it on your skin.
Tried method, however does not drop down, therefore the demo shown is a waste of time! Surely there must be an easier way to release the block....any suggestions appreciated ?
Take off the lid and squeeze the jar around the top, it’s a lot easier that way!
