A Guide to Gear Level in Ghost Recon Breakpoint HOW TO GET OVER 250

As you get high gear levels in Ghost Recon Breakpoint it becomes slower and slower. At gear level 230 it almost completely stops. At gear level 250 it does stop. Here's a little guide on how it works and how to get over 250 gear level.
