Yeah, exactly what I wanted to know when I started, only thing I wanted to point out is that you suggest ARs for the panther, but by doing that you just waste the SMG bonus the class gives you. Personally I feel very comfortable with an MP5 or an Echelon SMG when I’m going for stealth: both guns are very accurate and the recoil is minimal. Good video anyway, keep it up!
After my 1st play through I’m 30 hours in and finished episode 1 and 2 but not sure what to do next I went to fight Sphinx but recommended level is 200 but I only have a gear level of 167 can someone pls help so far loving the game tho

I loved wild lands and have few hundred hours in Arma and DCS só complexity isn’t an issue. This game needs a beginner wiki bc the amount of options and in-game messages is too much.

The ammo that the engineer gives is one full clip of advanced ammo. Paired up with the engineers natural drone damage and maybe a perk or gun stat can melt drones easy even behemoths. And actually is one of the best solo classes when you use defense drone with regular drone as a spot together imo. There are so many better perks than feel no pain. Its a waste besides for maybe raid boss fights. You can swap shoulders any time you want with a command button as well as fp and tp. Which shoulder swap change is necessary considering the angle you may be coming from.
Another tip is when your critically injured is to bandage once then cancel at a severe injury level, then you can equip your syringe to heal the severe injury. Or get the Judge Chest plate from the raid, which gives you the relentless perk for no critical injuries.
I avoid using many of the skills & special abilities as they make you a super hero which wrecks the game - that skill that prevents critical injury is like an almost god-mode. The in game xray vision, tagging and wallhacks remove all the challenge. As long as Ubi gives a choice to disable them its all good. I love playing Immersive without the HUD. I die a lot but it becomes nice and tense and much less arcade. Thanks for a great vid! I didnt know about that Unguided mode will totally do that!
When playing on a more realistic gameplay I find using the pathfinder one to be a better option only for the purpose of simulating somewhat of an air strike in heavy combat
I got this game around a month ago, and it's awesome. I heard negative things about it but honestly I love the game. It was one of my first more tactical games.
It's just because the story isn't as interesting the whole way, quests are far, and the npc's aren't as smart as Wildlands. I personally think it's better, but the main story should have been good the entire way through.
I recently bought the game as it was on sale, and I’m glad to of found this. I’m a fairly supportive person so I choose medics class but I also like stealth so a medic with a M14/UMP is quite a combo
The Koblin is the best ASR and overall gun in the game, in my opinion. High damage, melts drones, high accuracy and mobility, and extremely good range.
I agree on the helicopter being the only vehicle you need, the land based vehicles are utterly useless, unlike Wildlands theres no civilians on the road or rebels driving around to help you so everyone you pass is an enemy that'll shoot at you not to mention theres enemies every few hundred meters or so it seems. The boats are ok for some situations but flying or Fast Travel is really the only way to go. As for classes my favorite is the Sharpshooter mainly for the sensor gun but I also like sniping enemies from a distance esp Wolves.

My primary focus is Fallout 76 but sometimes the game gets stale waiting for new content to drop so my friends and I take breaks and play other games. We are big fans of the Tom Clancy franchise. One advise for "realism" or "extreme" players, you actually dont "need" to clear the entire enemy existence on a base, you will get the equipment and exp anyways just by playing the game son dont risk the last enemy killing you and reseting the mision and respawning the entire base
I am getting the game, and i just realized how much it looks like just cause three but with less dumb and sorta funny psychics and more cool tricks. Also nice video, tips are really useful!
I’m a breakpoint veteran and I agree with most of this but I’d say late game the best thing you can do is use medic class (for the free drone rez) a sniper, m4a1 tactical w/supressor, because the sniper is good for stealth, the M4 is great for full frontal attack as well as stealth, always use drone for scouting like master assassin said, especially when playing on my settings which are extreme no teammates and no hud and every thing to the extremes I.e. stamina, injury rate overall pretty good tips I enjoyed the video. But seriously like others have said smgs are better for panther than ars.
Only just started a few days ago its fun. I'm a sniper but I put npc sqaud help on. I do stealth snipe alot but I mix it up sometimes by getting my mark chopper and missle them lol for a quick clear out. Or if I get detected I get my sqaud to charge in haha.
I’m pretty sure the ammunition that you can drop with the engineer class actually has some increased stats it is not just extra ammo also the drones that supply you the ammo will explode when you shoot them so you can lay traps with them as well
The character physics for going up and down hills is like nothing I've ever seen in a video game. This game makes moving around in the wild feel like it has real consequences like in real life.
After I beat wildlands this came out and it was a huge POS according to gamers. I didn’t buy it. But 2 years later I just bought it on sale and have a few hours in. From reading online I learned the game changed tremendously from its release and is much different. I love it. As an older gamer, when UBI actually tries to improve they knock it out of the park.
Great tips. But about that immersive mode I would leave it to everyone figure that on their own. Just try both modes. I am one of those guys who dont like immersive mode because there is no progression at all. You just forget there are other weapons if any weapon is able to kill anyone in a single hit... Also I dont even like the AI since it take away the point of being at the ,,breakpoint'' when you have your 3 buddies with pinpoint accuracy. You are no longer stranded but a team of 4 killing machines send in to wreck whole island xD The guided mode is great :) But if you are there only for a story go ahead and leave it off. I play mostly with a lot of HUD elements off since that is my immersion. This is what I love about Ubi games so many options to tailor the experience as you want. Im honestly pretty satisfied with the game at this point. Minus the bugs. And stupid AI but.... i doubt that'll ever be up to expectations. The one thing i still think needs work as far as gameplay goes is the moving bodies animation. It takes too long in my opinion. And then once you get the guy on your shoulders its like the character has to do one last check to make sure he still looks cool before he can move. And that one second can be pretty crucial. They should have made it a little quicker or just allowed you to drag bodies. But that's really my only gripes with the game at this point. They really need to fix the teammate AI though.
3:45 its usefull if you fight the Behemoth Its a power drone on the ground and its big but if you kill it you wil have a lot of xp but it has MASSIVE hp. So when you reach out of ammo just grab some ammo there.

Don't forget the fact that enemies don't track you like other open world shooters, meaning if an enemy is hiding and can't see you, you can sneak up behind them and use a finisher

Getting ready to start playing the game and I've watched a few videos , seems like a lot to take in for a beginner.. I've also noticed some people didn't really like it at first (maybe 10 or 20 hours of play). Any other free tips you have I would greatly appreciate...my son told me his best advice was to take my time, and not get overwhelmed.
It’s like any other Tom Clancy game, very unforgiving and not too fun in the beginning, but once you learn the game and get used to everything it gets better. It’s a time thing.

yes. immersive mode is 100% better than regular. but if you wanna unlock more stuff such as weapons then play regular mode on your first playthrough. but it’s all your choice.
You could be a medic it doesn’t favor any single class and you can self revive yourself and teammates with a drone. You also get an extra bar of health and an instant heal health pack
although ik first person aim is better...i cant help but prefer seeing my guy shoot in third person without a crosshair using a laser, he just looks so satisfying for some reason

Actually the Engineer drones that he drops increase damage while also dropping extra ammo but the “FMJ” rounds only work for one magazine

Why do you suggest non-guided? Without the waypoint markers, one would get lost indefinitely in this map.

Wait. So you cant use a sniper like all character have in wildlands? Or can you only pick the class for the sniper

You can still use sniper rifles using any class, there's just extra sniping specific perks under the sniper class
Yeah u can use the sniper with any class the sharpshooter is just meant for snipers, it gives you better stats like scope sway and armor penetration.
My question is, im trying to beat the game with my friend in order, but we went straight to kill walker and we got killed, we dont know what the sign of what mission we need to do first till reach that part
I played until I was hooked, still not a fan of controls and camera, but the game outweighs that. Just like alpha protocol was. The game was hands down one of best and unknown great games
Pls add tooltips like the controls i cant find the key for drones and cant figure out how to switch classes
8:40 base clearing = use your drone and AI teammates with sync shot and take your time.

I know u know the game etc but shoulda waited a few clicks for the double kill…they were at an alleyway/loading zone (hard to tell exactly) which was in tech in your blind spot, which could have been hiding a stationary enemy 😉 🤷🏻♀️ a quick scan tho would have solved that.

So many games, so little time.
Getting ready to start playing the game and I've watched a few videos , seems like a lot to take in for a beginner.. I've also noticed some people didn't really like it at first (maybe 10 or 20 hours of play). Any other free tips you have I would greatly appreciate...my son told me his best advice was to take my time, and not get overwhelmed.
It’s like any other Tom Clancy game, very unforgiving and not too fun in the beginning, but once you learn the game and get used to everything it gets better. It’s a time thing.

Much appreciated! Still trying to figure out mechanics of the game... Getting my AI squadmates to join... Adding experience points (I got seven, but can only add 1 of them).... crazy stuff like that. Old retired Navy submariner...so I play on my own - don't have 'young guy' reflexes... would drive young guys bat-shit if I played with them.... so I stick with AI players.

yes. immersive mode is 100% better than regular. but if you wanna unlock more stuff such as weapons then play regular mode on your first playthrough. but it’s all your choice.

Sooooo, I’m a run and gun, sniper, AND a stealth type guy all in one. Which class would be best for me?
You could be a medic it doesn’t favor any single class and you can self revive yourself and teammates with a drone. You also get an extra bar of health and an instant heal health pack
This was a great video I enjoyed it but you forgot a class Pathfinder
although ik first person aim is better...i cant help but prefer seeing my guy shoot in third person without a crosshair using a laser, he just looks so satisfying for some reason
Just bought the game and defeating walker when I was lvl 35. I'm still don't know how to get 3 member of teammate just like what I did at wildland version.

I hate the way it’s always online, you can’t holster your weapon and that the animations look weird in comparison to wildlands.

would be cool if there where a Technic as class who have a special tool a turret what you can deploy or a drone that you can summon that follows you and attacks and some other stuff that support technic class
