Hello Mr. Potts, I met you in Lubbock when you performed at FUMC this is an absolutely AMAZING recording of this piece and I appreciated the fact that you gave some background to the story of this composer. I was studying with Chris Betts before he moved to Washington D.C. I'm working on this song now myself and I really appreciate your musicality, very inspiring.
How do you know it was a police car? Ambulance - Fire - You made an assumption. and Yes, it is a shame that this horrible sound was imposed on this interesting piece. Of course you forgot the inevitable coughing that no one had the brains to suppress with a handkerchief, coat or seat cushion.
Delightful throughout! Thank you!
