Greate tips. I get a lot of inspiration from you. You deliver the recepts in compact and educative way. The atmosphere on the Chanel is warm with a balansed touche of humour. Regards from Sweden!
Oh that looks so good 👍 nice job on those grill marks, I'll be doing exactly that once my zucchini and squash are ready to harvest. And thanks for the tip about picking them younger as not to get a bitter taste. My first year planting these veggies in my garden.
Just bought the same grill, love your videos & it's great because we're working with the same BBQ. Grilling steak tonight, so I'll have to try this out. Thank you from Canada!
Thank you, Maureen! Love to hear you're watching in Canada. You're going to love this grill. Plenty more vids on the way. Hope the steak came out great.
Another great video! I've been grilling zucchini's for years and picked up a few new tips with your video. I normally just cut the zucchini lengthwise then make cris-cross cuts on the flat side. Then use olive oil, fresh garlic, S&P, dried thyme and basil. I like the idea of the flat thinner cuts and the cheese at the end!
I love it!🤩 Just bought my blue Weber q 1200 Sunday and about to grill for my wife and myself for the first time on it. Gonna do sirloins (rare), corn on the cobb, and I even picked up zucchini minutes ago! Glad I saw this video of yours.🤩 Just opened a Sierra Nevada Pale ale and gonna go back out in this Georgia heat and make dinner 🥳
Nice. I grill corn on the cob with the husk off. After you shuck it, add some olive oil, salt and pepper. Maybe a pinch of cayenne. Grill for about 7-10 minutes on medium heat turning frequently. Lid closed.
Awesome! I'm glad you said olive oil and salt and pepper, because I was just about to put olive oil or avocado oil On them and coarse sea salt/pepper... maybe a dash of garlic salt... I'll see if I have some Cayenne pepper. Or old bay seasoning... Usually when I do it over charcoal, I'll take it inside and melt butter on it, scrape the corn off with a steak knife and eat it with a spoon. I'm trying to figure out the order to cook everything. So since I have two, one inch thick top sirloin's, and want them rare, mid-rare... From watching your zucchini video and steak videos, I should probably cook steak and zucchini all together, three minutes per side? Or maybe that won't work because I think the steak has to be cooked on high heat... Maybe I will throw the corn on and when flipping it, I'll flip the zucchini and take it off sooner and then cook the steak last. 🤷🏼♂️ Let me know if you would do that in different order🤓 Thank you for your help
City Escape Griller That sounds like a great idea! Your experience is valuable! Thank you for taking the time to reply. My wife just told me she was going to run to the store real quick. So it looks I WILL have Cayenne pepper soon for the corn 🥳 I can't wait to grill on it 🤓😎
City Escape Griller I just wanted to give you an update, I've used my grill three times in this past week since I bought it, and my wife and I love our weber Q. I've made steak, zucchini, corn on the cob, last night I made burgers and grilled vidalia onions... I used your recommendations on making the smoke pouch, and it's phenomenal, I only had hickory chips the first couple times, and yesterday I got some pecan wood chips. I'm gonna use that making steak tonight or tomorrow.
I find it best to grill veggies without any oil on medium heat. once they become a bit soft, I put them on a plate and spread with aroma oil. To make aroma oil you need to put olive oil in a saucepan, add sliced garlic, thyme, a bit of rosemary and chili, salt and pepper. Heat it up just until garlic begins to boil and you feel the aroma spread all around the house. You can make a bottle of such oil and use it for a long time.
This is really easy and yummy. We don't seem to have quite the variety of zucchini here in Oz, so I do the asparagus at the same time. It's become a staple at our BBQs.
I always add a likle paprika and thyme to mine. It adds a little more flavor, color and texture, and more important, people who don't cook will think you followed a recipe. lol
You're using a gas grill which completely misses the WHOLE point of grilling. Guarantee the stuff you grill doesn't come close to the flavor you get from a real grill i.e. a charcoal grill.
For me the point of grilling is to have fun and not heat the house up in the summer with the oven. Maybe check out some of my Weber Kettle vids or new Kamado Joe vids. Thanks for watching.

Zucchini and asparagus are my favorite vegetables for the grill. I grill them both at least a couple times a week.
Just bought a baby q, love this channel all the way from Australia. Thanks mate !
Thank you KDAASHH! More vids on the way! Good luck with the new Q.

Canada 🇨🇦 loves your cooking 😊
Great idea with Parmesan. You seem very humble and out going ! Glad to see someone loves grilling on that Weber !
Zucchini is about my favorite vegetable for the grill. Thanks for the kind words Manny. Cheers!
Thanks for the nice quick video… perfect… just what I was looking for! 👍
Great to hear! Zucchini is my favorite veg for the grill. Hands down.
Keep it up, fella...helping dinner tables everywhere :)

Thanks MrPanfish999. Great to learn about other people's take on the same dish.
Looks amazing!
Zucchini is about my favorite vegetable to grill for sure!
great video... love zucchini on grill.
Great video, simple but good looking dish. Wish supermarkets in the UK offered a more diverse range of squashes. Guess I'll have to grow my own.
Thanks Mark!
I love it!🤩

@@rhuey33 I'd cook the steaks first. After you pull them off, let them rest while you cook the corn and zucchini
City Escape Griller That sounds like a great idea!

Is the parmesan compulsory?
For me, it is. Totally up to you.
Looks delicious
Thank you. I think zucchini is about the best vegetable for the grill.
I'll be adding the parmesan to my next zucchini. Cheers from Aus.
You will love it. Thanks for watching Down Under. Cheers!
Great video
- from outside the usa haha
Where? My guess would be Australia.
Was watching this, when you were pulling them off I thought I bet some parmisian cheese would be good on them!!
I seriously love zucchini fresh off the grill with Parmesan. So good!! Possibly the very best vegetable for the grill.
Simply yummy

Thanks for the idea, Peter. I'll definitely give aroma oil a try!

Great video 👌👌😍
Thank you, Olivia

Recipe... What's that? Cheers Crashburn. I'll give paprika and thyme a try this summer.

No butter?????? 😢😢😢😢😢
The bird in the backgoound is a Grackle, the best (and most annoying) of birds. .
The secound gets like 1-2 foot long is GREAT for cooking and stuffing!
I've never tried stuffed Squash. Sounds great. Squash/zucchini is my favorite veg for the grill. Hands down.
Grilled zucchini goes with all beef!
Ha! It really does. With every bite I was thinking, "Where's my steak?"
LOOKS DELICIOUS
By far my favorite veggies for the grill. Followed by asparagus. Cheers Margaret!

You got me with the not wanting to heat the house up part👍🏼
